Well, I personally wouldn't say there were any top 10 unexpected plot twists in this franchise. It's more like there were top 9 since Mystic Force's plot twist about Nick being Udonna's long-lost son, Bowen was kind of predictable and it really did ruined the suspenseful tone of the season. Now, have they had saved the plot twist much later after Leanbow's sacrifice, or just have Nick reveal his red blanket to Claire and the others after leaving the Underworld in "Heir Appareng, Part II." THAT would have saved the plot twist from being too predictable. I mean, it's so simple. *sigh!* if only Mystic Force had much better pacing with the show's production, it could have been much better.
Now, I know many of you are probably wondering why they didn't add Jayden's big secret about his sister, Lauren being the actual red ranger in Super Samurai on the list. Well, that's because this wasn't even an original story for the adaptation of Samurai Sentai Shinkenger. It was just a direct copy-and-pasting from the source material without even putting any real effort into making the adaptation feel like it has an original story of its' own. Or if it's actually a much better story to tell in a different language than what the source material gave us. Just like how Power Rangers Will Force ended up being a much tolerable show to watch for some people than it's Sentai counterpart, Hyakujuu Sentai Gaoranger. Since, the actual story of Gaoranger sucks in my opinion. And I didn't buy any of the chemistry coming from the main cast members of Gaoranger than I did with the cast members of Wild Force. But the story that was taken from Gaoranger, was much better handled in Wild Force despite its' flaws and it still had amazing fight scenes and stronger characters as well as two incredibly awesome crossover events. Sure, Wild Force is not as good as Time Force. But at least it did some things that were actually better than what Gaoranger had given us. And it's still more tolerable to watch than literally anything that came from the Neo-Saban era from 2011-2019. Except for Dino Charge, but that's it. Everything else about the Neo-Saban era was either just looking like, or trying to be like Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers (season one) without capturing its' essence. Its' feeling, its' mojo. Ninja Steel/Super Ninja Steel was literally the only one from the Neo-Saban era that actually captured the spirit of Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers (season one). So, there you go. There's your rehashing of Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers (season one) right there, people.
But anyways, I am a bit off-topic. What other plot twists do you think should have been added on this list?
