Mystic Force: Dragon Age (GAME)

Yuuga smiled, "I'll buy all of us some drinks when I return," he said with a wink.

"Alright," Alison said with a smile. "Just be careful."

"Magic doesn't define you, D." Harrison wrapped his arm around her, offering comfort. "It never has." He added as his tone began to soften just a bit

Dahlia smiled soflty, curling up against Harrison and closing her eyes again. "I know...but it's all I knew for so long," she said, her words punctuated by a yawn. "Mmm...I'm gonna go back to sleep now..."

Yelena and Jameson walked back in from the back, seeing Yuuga getting ready to head off and Harrison still with Dahlia, and the REd Ranger chuckled softly. "More things change."

"The more they stay the same," Yelena said, putting Jameson's arm around her shoulders and leaning into the Red Ranger.

With the Rangers back together and powered up once again, a new enemy to fight, and issues to work out, it seemed like an average day in Crescent City. What they didn't expect was that something bigger was coming soon.

A week had passed for the Rangers, everyone meeting up constantly to find out more from Jameson about his travels into the multiverse. The Red Ranger, while not dealing with bombarding questions from his friends, was trying to get his life back, proving he wasn't dead and having to bullshit his way through where he was and what he did for two years without giving a lot away. Finally sitting behind his desk at Rutledge Industries, his mothers' company left in his hands due to her death by suiciding the Master in the final battle, the Red Ranger wasn't sure if he wanted to stay in that position.

He sighed as he ran through files and documents, trying to get caught up when a knock on the door sounded. He looked up as it opened, Alexandra walking in with a bag. "Hey. WHat's up?" he asked.

"Thought you'd be hungry," the Blue Ranger said, setting the bag on Jameson's desk. "Getting your whole life back isn't easy."

"No, it really isn't," Jameson said. "Bank statements, my apartment, my cards, my game logins, getting this place back. It's been a hell of a week, and the saving grace is meeting up with you guys every night at Troy's place while we wait for the Syndicate to blow something up."

Alexandra nodded, sitting down. "Yeah, they weren't fun to face," she said. "Almost reminded me of when we first met Amaranth and the other three. Dahlia, Nimue, Silvaria. They threw us around good."

"All the time," Jameson said with a smile. "Thought you'd be in class."

"Half day for me," the Blue Ranger said with a smile.

Yelena sighed to herself as she paced the cave, her mind on the new threats. "Five humanoid dragons from a different dimension, piggybacked off of Jameson coming home. Something about this doesn't sit right in my chest."

Harrison seemed upbeat with his daily walk. Now that Jameson was back along with his powers, he felt as though things were right again in the world. Even though he was still waiting on the full breakdown on Jameson's adventures in that other world but he had enough to keep him occupied until then with making sure that Dahlia was healthy and his job where his co-workers noticed the difference in his attitude. He had a little time before work, so he decided to swing by Jameson to check on him and see how he was doing trying to put things back together.

Unlike Alex when he made it up to Jameson's office, he didn't wait until Jameson called for him to enter after knocking. He opened the door slightly and peeked his head in, goofing around a kid.

"You guys look like you're having fun!" The Green Ranger smiled widely.

Yuuga finally took a seat at the counter as he looked at the card and sighed in relief, "I almost lost this. That would mean trouble for me," he said looking at the card before placing it down, hoping that he would get a nice Bloody Mary due to him developing a liking for it before moving to Angel Grove.

Troy walked out of the back, carrying a box. Setting the box on the bar, he looked over at Yuuga. "Little earlier for a pick-me-up, ain't it? Harldy even noon, dude," he said with a grin. He walked over, leaning against the bar. "What's with the card? You start playing Yu-Gi-Oh! or something?"

"Oh, this? No, it's nothing like that," Yuuga exclaimed shaking his head. "I discovered this falling from the sky back in Angel Grove and when I looked at it... it says the name 'Astra' on it.'

"SO what is it?" Troy asked. "And you want the usual?" He grabbed a couple of glasses, looking at the Yellow Ranger.

"Well you've already done it once, so you should be a pro at it by now." Harrison smirked as he took a seat as a thought hit him. "Oh! I almost forgot." Harrison dug in his pocket, taking out a ziploc with what appeared to be rice krispie treats. "Want one? I've got the good ones."

"And by good, you mean along with marshmallow fluff, a little bit of greenery made its way in?" Alexandra asked with a smirk.

"It's Harrison. Would you be surprised?" Jameson asked with a grin. "But yeah, it ain't easy coming back from the dead. Last time, it was a magical dragon and i was only dead a couple days, nobody outside of you guys knew I was. This was two years. You try fenagling the bankers and getting your accounts restored. It's a bitch and a half."

Deep underground, Jukanou and Mersess were hard at work to create and summon a new creature. "Those humans proved craftier then I thought," Jukanou said, looking at his icy companion.

"Indeed, brother," Mersess said. "Perhaps we underestimated them. This time, we shall not. They proved powerful against Bahauma, and resilient against us. But this, this beast, will be the one that can take them down. Before they acquire any power." Her hands pushed into the wall, a flower pushing out before it mutated and transformed into the new beast. "Nahvren."

"Mistress Mersess. What can I do for you?" Nahvren asked, bowing her head.

"Seed your way into Crescent City. Find the Power Rangers and kill them."

"Yes, Mistress. As you command," Nahvren said, bowing and disappearing. She arrived in the city, planting herself into the soil of the park. Her spores spread out, implanting in the sides of buildings or cars, finding cracks in hte ground and digging into the soil. "Time to draw them out."

"And by good, you mean along with marshmallow fluff, a little bit of greenery made its way in?" Alexandra asked with a smirk.

"It's Harrison. Would you be surprised?" Jameson asked with a grin. "But yeah, it ain't easy coming back from the dead. "Hey, that's exactly why you need some of the good stuff!" Harrison took out one of the treats and indulged with a single bite.

"If it makes you feel any better, you can call it the welcome back special." Harrison paused his chewing briefly to speak before going back to his gooey goodness.
