Harrison ran up, catching the tail end of their conversation. "Sorry I'm late. I had to lotion my chest. I couldn't be Monkey D. Ashy out in these streets!" He said, dressed as Luffy of One Piece.

"And you didn't ask for my help? Jerk," Dahlia said with a smirk, looking at Harrison.
"Not bad, bro," Jameson said with a smile. "Not a bad selection of characters we got going on here. Batman and Catwoman, Kitana, Luffy, Black Widows, Genji. I fucking love Halloween."
Yelena snickered, shaking her head and smiling softly.

"Well seeing as how I had to explain how Luffy always has his chest out and how I'm not trying to attract thots, I figure I'd save you the trouble of trying to control yourself." Harrison laughed.

As the Rangers walked, checking out shops decked out for Halloween, kids running by in costumes and laughing, parents smiling and some dressed up, the Red Ranger couldnt help but keep looking around. "Jameson?" Yelena asked. "Everything alright?" "I...I don't know. I know it's Halloween, but I'm willing to bet Jukanou's still planning something," he said, folding his arms. "It's too good of a chance to pass up." "And you'd be right, Rangers!" A woman appeared in front of the six Rangers and Dahlia, chuckling as her hands glowed with violet energy. "My Master bids you a Happy Halloween. He wants to make today....fun for all of us." "Yeah? Here's a thought. Go back to your little cave and blow him," Yelena said. "What do you want? And what's your name?" Jameson asked. "My name? Sinra. I'm here to cause havoc, of course," she said. "Not just to you six." She smiled, holding her hands up as clouds formed, purple lightning striking between them. "We're going to have fun!" Lightning hit the ground, a purple rain starting to fall. "Whoever this rain touches, they become the thing they are on the outside. Better hide, Rangers!" All around them, people started to run to get out of the rain, but several weren't so lucky. Around the street, a woman dressed like Zarya, a man decked out like Master Chief, a group of kids dressed as Ninja Turtles, and even a Terminator, got hit with the rain, all seven yelling and hitting the ground before getting to their feet. "Son of a bitch!" Jameson said. |

Dahlia's eyes widened. "This isn't good. I'm heading back to the base. I'll see what I can find," she said. "You guys just be careful." She teleported out, leaving hte Rangers with a street full of now-transformed Halloween enjoyers as their costumes.
"We can't hurt them," Jameson said. "We have to just knock them out.'
"But the rain. We're going to get stuck like this," Yelena said.
