Kida put her hand on JT"s shoulder. "Sorry, sweetie. I know it isn't ideal, but it's all we've got," she said. She looked at Jaxon and smiled. "Hey, why not. I heard rumblings on a "Just to get away" visit that there's a school up in the mountains of Silver Hills that's kind of like that. Go for it."
Rina sighed softly, taking her Green SOul out of her pocket. She looked over at Jameson who walked away, disappearing into the back. "Guys...he messed up, but did we have to yell at him like that?"
"Yes," Alison said, looking at Rina. "He purposely knew something wasn't right, something that affects all of us, and he hid it. He's lucky I didn't smack him in the face." She tossed the first aid kit to the side, folding her arms. "He lied to us. How the fuck does he expect us to follow him if he isn't telling the truth?"
"Because he didn't want you to worry," Dahlia said, her voice cutting through the din of the cave. "He asked me to make a spell that would split the Mystic Force and Dino Steel powers battling inside of him. I think he wants it to be at full power for both sets during the battle with the Overseer, but...he could also be considering sending the Gold Ranger side away so his power fluctuations don't keep happening. You're all so quick to jump down his throat that you don't see that this is devestating him. He's sacrificed everything for all of you for three damned years, literally getting killed at one point to protect six of you, sacrificing what little magic he had left for the other six of you. And the first thing that you do is drag him through mud? Some friends."
She looked at the Rangers, narrowing her eyes as she continued to speak. "Where would any of you be without him right now? Yelena, you'd still be locked in an eternal slumber, waiting for Amaranth to wake up. Yuuga would still be a violent douchebag loner who would rather spit on you then give you the time of day. Harrison would be stuck at his job with nothing to look forward to other then a few hits off a joint and a fucking video game. Alison and Alexandra, who knows about the two of you. I"d still be working for a fucking bitch hellbent on destroying the world. THe six of you--" She turned to the Dino Steel Rangers. "You'd probably be dead without him learning how to make your powers, or without his knowledge on Amaranth. All of you owe that man more then he will ever take, and all you can do is run him down when he kept something secret that he knew would hurt the people he loves. The people he calls his fucking family. The men and women he happily, since day one of being back on this goddamned Earth, called his brothers and sisters."
The Cave was silent as Dahlia finished speaking, the only sound being her ragged breathing as she tried to hold back tears. Yelena bit her lip, wrapping her arms around herself. She watched Kida shrink in, Rina flinch away and Mayumi avert her eyes. THe sisters shared a look, both of them looking at the floor. Troy sighed softly, stepping forward.
"Yelena, find him and talk to him. Please," the Knight said. "THe rest of you...y'all can follow me. After this, we need a drink. On the house."
"Um...JT and I are still too young," Mayumi said.
"I can make non-alocholic versions," Troy said. "Or we've got soda and water. Your choice."
Yelena walked away, following the sounds of Jameson's fists hitting the cave wall. She made her way over to the Red Ranger, taking his hands and seeing how bloody they were. "Jameson," she said softly, wrapping her arms around him and feeling him collapse against her, guiding him to the floor. "Hey...hey...it's ok..."
"No it isn't," Jameson said softly, his voice cracking and shaking. "I...I'm sorry..."

Rina sighed softly, taking her Green SOul out of her pocket. She looked over at Jameson who walked away, disappearing into the back. "Guys...he messed up, but did we have to yell at him like that?"
"I didn't yell at him but I had to make it clear that shit doesn't fly." Aaron responded quickly. "None of us in this room are above criticism, especially when your mistake can potentially get someone killed."
Hearing everyone else speak, JT originally opted to say nothing. But it was Dahlia's words that had the opposite effect as she felt everyone else, including herself were being attacked unfairly. "I can use a drink after getting bitched at for doing NOTHING wrong."
"Here we go..." Aaron sighed.
"Winx, I don't know you and all I have to go off is what Jameson's said about you. Here's what I do know. My team is like my family. That doesn't make him, me or anyone else above being accountable. Here's the facts, he screwed up. Plain and simple. That's not up for argument. And as family, we keep each other in check. Does this mean we hate him? Absolutely not. Even now, I'd still take a bullet for Mr. Potter but trying to shield him from criticism will do him more harm than good and that's a subject I'm more qualified to speak on than anyone in this room."
"Hold up." Harrison stepped in between Dahlia and JT, not wanting to see anymore arguing. "I can't let my little brother take the heat by himself."
"What?" Aaron asked, clearly puzzled. "I get being loyal, but..."
"It's not that simple." Harrison responded. "If he's guilty for not telling everyone, I'm guilty for knowing before we went out there and not stopping him."

Alison looked at Harrison, raising an eyebrow. "How long?" she asked.
"When he asked to speak outside," Kida said. "Before we left." She sighed, rubbing her head. She looked at Dahlia, getting ready to move if JT decided to leap at the witch. "You do make some good points, Dahlia. He hid it to keep everyone safe but it had the opposite effect. It got five of us locked out of our usual powers. Got part of your team hurt and even got Jameson knocked out during the battle. I can see all sides of this argument. Aaron, Jaxon, you both had the right to ask him what you did, and yeah, the tones may not have been the best, but it got the point across. Princess, I get it, you're up in arms being lumped in with everyone, but when one of us takes the fall, it affects everyone. If anything, it feels like payback on Jameson's part."
"For what?" Dahlia asked.
"When we were all together the first time, I was experiancing a bout of depression since it was my sister's birthday and I buried her in my early twenties. Rina tried to get me to open up but it ended up with her and I in a bitching match. Amaranth took advantage of it, turned me against everyone," Kida said.
"JT and I got into it because I wnted to help Kida one way that hadn't proven effective twice before, and JT and the others were in agreement that smacking some sense into Kida was probably the right call. She and I were at each others throats and acted like the other didn't exist for a few days," Rina said. "But eventually we got our heads out of our asses."
Jameson walked back in with Yelena, and she sat him down at the computer, grabbing hte first aid kit. "I'm sorry, everyone...I'm so sorry...I'm sorry I lied to you guys. I'm sorry I put you all in this position. You're without your powers, and we're facing down the toughest bastards any of us have ever faced, and I can't stay standing for more then a few minutes. If you guys are pissed at me, I get it. I understand. Soon as this is over, y'all got free shots to knock me on my ass."

Jaxon heard everyones statements and he too decided to speak up. "Up to a point, I was helping Jameson with the creations of the Dino Key's. Me and him stayed hours on in until Mayumi took over. Everyone in this room from our team. Kida, Rina, Mayumi, JT, Aaron, and Jameson. We called each other out on so much bullshit, it was like watching the ranger versions of the Kardashians. How many times Kida slugged the shit out of me for hugging her trying to be the kind guy when in reality? I didn't see how much hell she went through to which by the way, my jaw still pops. How many times me and JT got into it about her family. Yeah sure, I knew her family from my cousin Nolan, but she seen a different side of her family and had major shoes to fill. I've been trying to be a good uncle when I have free time when I'm not wrestling. The many times where I jumped the gun on so many battles... Being bullheaded. It took this whole team for me to figure out where I stood and what I had to do." Jaxon stated as he looked then to Jameson. "Magic Man, for once I can say you somewhat pulled a Jaxon. I think that maybe I can speak for most of us and if not well can't say I didn't include you but, your head and your heart weren't in sync just like mine where when I tried to take on that tree swinging bastard causing me and frostbite over there to get treated to a grounder ball special. So, I wouldn't go so far as to say that we are pissed. More along the lines of that you can do better." Jaxon stated as he voiced his thoughts.

Jameson sighed softly. "I know...and that's why I'm hoping this spell I asked Dahlia to whip up helps," he said. "I can send Gold off to a new Earth and be back to full. Hopefully."
"And if that doesn't work?" Rina asked.
"Find a way to get back to full power," Jameson said. "Not like I can do anything else. I just have to hope for the best."
Dahlia nodded, looking at the other Rangers. "JT. I apologize for lumping you with the others," she said. "I didn't mean to do it, and I'm sorry i made you mad."
"See, is that so hard?" Kida asked, sticking her togue out at Rina who elbowed her. "Ow..."
"Big baby," Rina said, flicking Kida's nose.

"So now that we got that all out of the way and everyone is on the same page? How about some of us work with Jameson on getting him back to full elderwand strength and the others work on how to kick Overseer's Voldemort looking ass and avada kedarva that freak and figure out a way to get our powers back before we get sent home?" Jaxon stated. "Cause while I don't mind being blue, JT over there is throwing a hissy about being pink again. So the less time she has a hissy the better off we will all be." Jaxon stated poking fun.

"See, is that so hard?" Kida asked, sticking her togue out at Rina who elbowed her. "Ow..."
JT giggled. "It's cool, Winx. I get that you were just sticking up for your people." She responding, seemingly with no hard feelings.
"See now was that so hard?" Aaron responded, earning an elbow to the ribs from the young Ranger. "Ow!"
With Jaxon poking fun at JT's frenemy type relationship with the color pink, it earned him a very similar elbow to the ribs. "You're one to talk, Gramps. You whined more than I did!"

Jamson shook his head softly. "Some things never change," he said. "Alright...I got an idea. Sincei it's going to take time for Dahlia to make my spell and we need to let Aios work on breaking hte sealing on your morphers, let's show you around Crescent City until something happens. And when it does, we'll beat these bastards back into whatever hell tehy came from."
"Works for me," Kida said. "Some of the best times we had were just wandering Angel Grove."

"Oh Yeah? Then I'm next in line to be pope, squirt." Jaxon said as he shook his head as he fist bumped JT. "I think out of all the group, I missed clowning with you the most, kid." Jaxon said. He then heard Jameson wanting to show them around Cresent City. "Nice! A good stroll through town never hurt anyone." Jaxon stated.

"Sure. I guess I have a few minutes to kill." Aaron put his hands in his pockets.
"With all of this back and forth, I definitely need to stop by the shop and refill." Harrison said, looking sad after digging in his pockets, only to find that his bag of 'special' gummies was almost empty.
"I'd much rather hit something right now but this is okay too for now." JT smiled, trying to curb her appetite for battle for at least a little while.

Jameson chuckled and smiled softly. "We'll be fine. Guys usually take a day or so to get thir shit together before coming back anyway," he said. "Let's get some food and we'll show you guys around town."
With the visting Rangers powers blocked and having to resort to their old Dino Steel powers, the war for Crescent City was going to get worse before it gets better. Unfortunately for Jameson, the nagging in his chest isn't going to go away any time soon.

It's been a couple of days since the initial battle with the Overseer and Shadraxis. The Mystic Force and Dino Steel Rangers had gotten closer, everyone pairing off occasionally and being seen in the gym or hanging out in the park, finding places to eat. Kida had popped back over to the Dino Steel Earth, grabbing Alpha and bringing him to help Aios and Dahlia in figuring out a way to try and unlock the Rangers powers again.
"We've tried everything we can think of. Magic, technology, mixing the two. Even conventional methods. But nothing's making it budge," Dahlia said, folding her arms.
"Perhaps the only way to unseal them is to face Shadraxis in combat again," Aios said, looking at the Shurikens as she picked them up. "Kill the one that made the seal and it should break."
"In theory," Alpha said. "I'm searching every database I know fom the Multiverse, and nothing's coming up yet."

Jameson sighed as he did his situps in the gym, sweat dripping down his face. He collapsed backward, huffing and sighing softly. "Fifty done...fifty to go...and then a run....and then the weights...I'm going to die," he said, forcing himself to start in on the situps again.
"Not if you go in moderation," a voice said, the Red Ranger looking up to see Rina. "Busy?"
"Extremely," the Red Ranger laughed, shaking his head before he sat up slowly, wiping his face with a towel and taking a bottle of water from Rina. "Thanks." He pressed the bottle to his face and sighed, looking at the Green Ranger. "Find anyting fun to do in town?"
"Did some shopping," Rina said, tapping a bag with her foot. "Found something for my little sister and Maya. Good thing there's no customs between dimensions, huh?"

Kida, meanwhile, curious to see what Harrison did, stood in the corner of his work, observing the couple of customers and watching the Green Ranger work. The irony of a cop being in a shop like this wasn't lost on her, and she smiled, shaking her head. "Oh, Meg would have my butt for this," she said, folding her arms.

THe sisters and Yelena had dragged JT into town again, the Pink and Blue Rangers hellbent on showing the young Red Ranger the best stores in town. "YOu cannot go home and not have some souviners, JT," Alison said with a smile. "At least a new shirt. Maybe some shoes."
"Or a necklace. Whole new outfit," Alexandra laughed.
Yelena smiled, taking pity on the Red Ranger and hooking her arm through JT's. "Forgive them. THey're excited. They don't normally have girls to dote on. It's just me and I've already exhausted my "Free things limit" two years ago," she said.

Jaxon was in the far off corner of the gym and it just so happened to include a wrestling ring as he was running through his drills to be in tip top shape as with wrestling the more you rest, the more the bumps hurt and the less your used to hitting them. He was also in the process of coming up with his new finisher. He just couldn't come up with a name yet.
