DC Films Plans 2022 and on HBO Max/Theaters

It’s not a bad strategy. I wish they would still release the “smaller” films in theatres too, like I don’t need it to always be a huge world-ending affair when I go to the cinema. But I can understand the reasoning behind it.

I really like how they’re thinking about making HBO Max spinoffs for their big films too, that could lead to some fun world building.

Ya like DC films in general what films will actually make it to theater or max is actually to filming stage. Same goes for any shows beyond the Gotham pd and peacemaker. This is one of the reasons I like my marvel stuff. You know when marvel announcing x project it will actually happen. Vs DC oh will this or that ever happen. Look at flash as prime example 6 years later and no film yet.

Same here its to bad for new gods though. Would have like to see what they could have done. But that's wb for you never know what is going to happen with DC slate.
