Thought we needed a thread about the series that got adapted into "Superhuman Samurai Syber Squad". Premise Three computer-savvy kids, Naoto, Yuka and Ippei create their own videogame super-hero, but then discover it's possessed by an inter-dimensional police officer Gridman. Pursuing an evil program called Kahn Digifer, he merges with Naoto and fights Kahn Digifer's digitized monsters (created by social misfit Takeshi) in order to prevent the computerized demon from wreaking havoc on the town of Sakuragaoka and the entire Human World.Gridman/Servo

As did I.
I only watched the first seven episodes that were on the Tsuburaya YouTube page. But look for the series to watch it. KissAsian should have it.

I saw every episodes of the American version. I didn't see the original version. Was it any good? *sigh!* Okay, you're gonna hate me for what I am about to say. But, here it goes..... Hyper Agent Gridman SUUUUCKS!!!!! I am like almost done watching the show because I have six episodes left to watch on my Tubi.tv streaming app and I am just EXTREMELY disappointed with this show. The main characters are all idiots, the character of Takeshi Sudo (the Japanese counterpart of Malcolm Frink from Superhuman Samurai Syber-Squad) is also an idiot and he's supposed to be the secondary villain character. The supporting characters are even worse because they are written to be a bunch of idiots. Everybody in this show is a f@#$'n idiot!! So, if you were expecting this show to be anything like its' American counterpart, or to be "better" than its' American counterpart, well...you're about to be disappointed as well, because this show is literally nothing like its' American counterpart. But if you're that curious to see how different this show is from Superhuman Samurai Syber-Squad, then be my guest. Go watch it. I don't care. Me?! I've the American version to stick with. Or, I can just watch the anime series, SSSS Gridman instead because that actually looks more fun to watch. Plus, from what I have heard, the anime series paid more respect and homages to Superhuman Samurai Syber-Squad than Hyper Agent Gridman, itself. Let that thought sync into your head for a minute.
