Honestly disappointed they just spoiled possibly one of the most shocking things to have happen in Power Rangers recently.

Time to start my least favorite plot in the show.
-Yeah, that's how Ice Cream machines work. -Steel has never wished to be human. This is coming right out of nowhere. -Moral of the Story: Never eat ice cream? -"They're okay" You don't know that. -Now Steel can see how not fun it is to be human. -Since when is Steel THAT heavy? -Hey, they remembered Cruise exists! ...As a bike, but still. -Damn, It feels like this is the earliest we've gotten the theme song in a LONG time.
Break.
-Ah, unmorphed fights. The highlight of the current show. -Can we PLEASE stop saying Beast-X Blast when it's not a finisher? -It's gotta feel weird being a human in a robot body getting matinence done. -"Broccoli smoothie" Gross. -Oh... here it comes. -You know, I'm not against this whole idea. It's got potential to be really funny. They just executed it wrong. -Oh, and the song is... not great. -Hey, human Blaze and Roxy exist! -See, this is the part that bugs me. If they cut back to this being a fantasy in Steel's head while the others were giving him funny looks? That would've been funny. Instead, everyone actually broke into song. -Really hammering it in how great it is to be human. -That doesn't seem good. -Oh look, they remembered the right morphers. -Okay, the sentai footage blend in this fight is pretty solid. -That seems like an abrupt cut to commercial.
Break.
-You know, this is something I've missed. Adapting the conversations between rangers and villains. They usually jump right into the fight. -...Damn, Blaze. -Ah yes, a zord battle thrown in at the end. -It's pretty weird hearing Steel's voice coming from the Gold Ranger suit. -Virus Eliminated. -"Vitamins maybe?" Scrozzle is so great, man. -The switch back. -So the moral is... Screw Robots, Humans forever? Okay.
That was... alright.

A decent episode today. Body swap episodes and plots. Are always fun to play with and see how folks dealing with things. The side plot of robot blaze getting more power was fun too. The fights where pretty good in the episode and as for the song bit. The idea and song was nice. But I too agree the way it was handle was odd. It should have been in steel mind and not that it seem it really happened. Overall was still good.

Either one of the writers is a huge fan of Broadway musicals such as Hairspray, Mama Mia and the Jersey Boys. Or they have kids who grew into watching Disney Channel Original Movies such as Descendants, Camp Rock, or the High School Musical movies and basically they thought "You know what Power Rangers need?! More musical numbers!!!" As if WE'VE NEVER SEEN THOSE HAPPENED BEFORE IN PAST SEASONS!!! And don't get me started with the number of times Super Sentai and Kamen Rider also had musical numbers in their shows *cough!* "Kamen Rider Hibiki!" *cough!* "Kyoryuger the Movie!" *cough!* "Kamen Rider Fourze" *cough!*
Still, this was an okay episode. But, since it's another Steel-focused episode, I'd say he's becomimg more of a saving grace for this show.

It was okay. Could have done without the musical number though. ^Definitely about it being in Steel's mind. Like in that Big Bang Theory episode where Raj had fantasies about Bernadette. Namely where they & everyone in the cafeteria did an Indian inspired music number.

Wait youre trusting Ben and Betty to fix something? I wouldve went right to that ice cream😂😂😂 Wow they just got creamed unmorphed The over acting by nathan is nuts Whoa...a sing along and dance number😂😂😂 did not see this coming! This is so unexpected.... I actually like it Im giving this episode a 5 just for that number! This episode can go to crap and its still a 5 Blaze is about to get crunched Welp maybe not Beast X mode is terrible He chose devon but attacked everyone. ***Had to walk way from TV came back on zord battle*** Pretty much typical ranger stuff Okay. This was a great episode. Im still giving it a 5 just because of the dance number. That really threw me for a loop. Great episode

I like some musicals. Big fan of the Descendants movies on Disney. And I like "1776". But the number in the episode was unnecessary in my opinion.

'The Siliva Switch' was a fun episode. Nate and Steel switch bodies, thanks to a mistake made by Ben and Betty. A monster trying to get Morph-X get in the way, Blase decided to become more powerful in order to please his boss. It must have worked because Evox was pleased with him. Did Nate and Steel get their own bodies back. You have to watch the episode to find out.

Per principles, I used to dislike American musicals, and musical episodes (there was one from Buffy years ago that was fun). (NOTE: while I typing this, I listen to an album from an idol band that made a musical. Yeah. A contradiction) But can Power Rangers do musicals? Probably. But this attempt was....anemic. I'm gonna defend Gaburincho of Music, because it connects better the motif of the season, the "melody" of the Earth, and.....the Kyuryugers singing "Dino Soul" acapella after being beaten and their mechas were trashed was equally silly and poignant. This was a meh episode. I wish the song was better. But, oh well....

Yeah, you get it. KyOuryugers. I missed the O, because typing fast. Anyway, Gaburincho of Music was fun. I dunno why boring/bad seasons have good movies. Like Ryusoulger or Kyuuranger (now it's Kyuuranger) have pretty good movies. LuPat movie was meh. So anyway, The Silva Switch, meh episode.
