JT cringed when she heard Kida let her emotions spew out, leading to her explaining why she's been in such a funky mood lately. She looked down at the shattered glass then over to Mayumi. "Yeah, we probably did." She sighed while slowly rubbing her hands together. "But at least now we know what's going on with her." She said, trying to find some positive out of the whole ordeal.Mayumi nodded, sighing softly. "And this is why I said we should just let it go until she was ready to talk," Rina said, folding her arms. "I'll try and find her. She's at least used to a version of me. Maybe I can talk her down." She took off, hopping out of the broken glass, taking off down the hall. Mayumi rubbed her arm, biting her lip. "Damn it. And here I was saying empathy should be a normal thing for Rangers. We really stuck our foot in our mouth, JT." _______________________ "Screamer, Buff, and Plier. What's the power behind those three if I may ask? From the sounds of it, RaisuScreamer is a screaming attack, DilophoBuff is a strength boost, and TrooPlier is either gonna manefest some Truth telling pliers or a person or object multiplier. I hope I'm right in assumptions that and It'll give me an idea of what the forms should be." Jaxon said as he started to walk over to his work station. Once Jameson would let him know the powers, Jaxon would get an Idea of what the forms should look like."Multiplier, yeah," Jameson laughed. "Truth telling pliers would be fun. Grab an enemy by the throat and lift them into the air and threaten to twist their head off if they don't spill their guts." ________________________ The Overseer was pacing back and forth, anger in his eyes. He slammed his fist into the wall, shattering part of the rock as he paced. "How hard is it to kill a handful of pathetic humans?!" Ridenio and Amaranth shared a look, both of them shrugging. "Well, boss, given our experiance, fucking difficult," Ridenio said. The Overseer lashed out blasting Ridenio backward with a bolt of lightning and throwing him across the lair. "DO NOT TAKE THAT SARCASTIC TONE WITH ME, YOU FEATHER BRAINED FUCK!" he snarled. "My Lord," Amaranth said, stepping forward. "If I might. In my experiances, attacking them all together and all at once is never a good option. The teamwork is too strong. Perhaps attacking one of them instead? Usually the Red Ragner makes an easy target." The Overseer narrowed his eyes, waving his hand and creating a feed of the Rangers around the City, from Aaron jumping from rooftop to rooftop, Jaxon in the Command Center, and Rina leaving hte apartments. He focused and brought up the Red Ranger, sitting in the park alone and he smirked. "Very well, Amaranth. Do what you think is best. We'll see how well this works." "Yes, sir," Amaranth said, shrinking into a new disguise. She disappeared, heading for the park and smirking as she did. "This will be fun." "Any guesses on how long it'll be until she fails?" Ridenio asked, getting up slowly and wincing as he shook his wings out.

"Okay so we stuck our feet in our mouths." JT admitted that they may have come on a little strong but she was still looking at the positives which would hopefully allow them to move forward. She walked over to the storage cabinet and found a broom and dustpan, handing the latter to Mayumi before she started sweeping up the glass. "Still, at least we now know what's bothering her and even if we fucked that up, nothing that we said was wrong. If we get attacked again, we're going to need her." JT sighed while continuing to sweep the glass into a pile.

Rina looked around as she walked through town, walking up to the park before finding Kida, sitting on the other end of the bench. “You know, even though we’re from different universes, sitting on a park bench is how I’d try to get through things. The sound of nature, the wind through your hair. It’s more relaxing than on top of the SPD base.” she said, leaning back. “I know I may not be your Rina, but you can talk to me like I am her. I never lost a sibling, but I’ve failed someone who did.”

Kida was silent for most of RIna's speech, resisting the urge to roll her eyes. After a minute, she spoke, but she was almost quiet about it. "You're right. You're not my Rina. So don't act like you are. Just leave me the fuck alone, or we're going to have a problem," she said, getting up and walking away, rolling her eyes. "FUck off."

“No.” Rina said, grabbing Kida’s arm after striding up to her and spinning ner around, slapping her hard across the face as tears stung her eyes dispite the anger on her face. “I may not be her, but she’d tell you to grow up and stop being a fucking bitch to someone who is trying to be your friend. Aaron has Mayumi from his world, we have nobody and I’m the closest fucking thing to your friend as you’re going to get.”

Kida shoved Rina away from her, her DiEnd Driver in her hand as she pointed it at Rina. "Fuck. Off," she growled. "I want to be left alone, so leave me alone!" Her finger tightened around the trigger, narrowing her eyes. "Understand? Leave me the fuck alone!" She shoved past Rina, storming off and taking off deeper into the park.

Rina stared Kida down, almost daring her to pull the trigger before feeling her shove past. “I’m not going to leave you alone. Because I sure as hell know Megumi would be very disappointed in how you’re acting.” she said before Kida got further away, heading back over to the bench and sitting down, grabbing the pendant she was wearing and twirling it in her fingers as they breeze blew through the trees.

JT swept the rest of the glass into the dustpan, taking the time to listen to Mayumi's approach. "I don't know. Maybe." Given JT's more impulsive nature, she was always of the mindset to address things head on and if necessary, smooth it out later but she had to realize that this was a different group with different personalities compared to her team back home or even her friends and family. "I still think we should try to talk to her as best as we can but we can try it your way this time." Although she didn't agree with the approach, she was willing to at least try things another way. "But if us being hands off ends up biting us in the ass, we're going to have to say something at that point."

With all of this turmoil going on, Aaron was not far from the park and in the distance, he saw Rina and Kida looking to be in some sort of argument. "That's not good." Aaron sat on the edge of the roof, taking a rice ball out of his bag that he acquire from the local restaurant that he began to frequent, mainly because it reminded him so much of Ichiraku Ramen. He started to eat and nearly choked on his food when he saw Kida pull out her DiEnd Driver with things becoming more hostile. "That's really not good." He opted to wait for a little while longer to determine if this was something where he needed to step in so someone doesn't get shot up.

Kida stormed off through town, seething in anger. "Fucking Hidari. Thinks she knows what it's like watching your sister get shot in front of you," she growled, slamming her fist into a wall. "Should have shot her."
Amaranth walked up, smiling as she approached Kida. "Friends are overrated, aren't they?" she asked, stopping in front of the Red Ranger. "Just hold you back and stop you from eing the badass you deserve to be."
"Who the fuck are you?" Kida asked, narrowing her eyes.
"I'm Kaori Asuka. And you must be--"
"Kida Frost," Kida said, cocking an eyebrow. "WHat do you want, Ms. Asuka? I'm really not in the mood today."
"Oh, honey. I'm here to make you see that you don't need your friends," Amaranth said. "Besides, it's not like they've done you any good, right? None of them care that you're hurting today. You can't even put flowers on your sister's headstone. None of them care or understand."
"Who fucking needs them," Kida said, rolling her eyes. "Bunch of bitches."

"The minute it comes back to bite us in the ass, I will gladly let you say "I told you so", alright?" Mayumi asked with a bit of a smile. "Look, the way I see it, Kida just needs time, and we have to give it to her. Otherwise she's bound to shoot someone."

With Kida storming off, Aaron dropped down to the ground below, making his way to the part. Finding Rina, he sat next to the Green Ranger.
"You okay?" He asked, shifting his body slightly on the bench. "I caught a glimpse of you and Kida while I was on the rooftops and from what I can see, it looked nasty."

Rina looked up at Aaron, brushing her hand against her cheeks and nodding. “Just trying to be a friend and showing her she didn’t have to go through today alone. I just have this feeling that something worse will take advantage of how she’s feeling.”

"What's so special about today?" Aaron posed the question while adjusting his bag. Because of his choice of daily traversal, he was away and didn't hear the back and forth between the girls in the gym. "It must be big for her to be storming off how she did."

Jameson nodded, starting to work on the emblems that had the powers in them so that he could infuse the Souls with the powers when Jaxon was done with the bases. "You talk to the others today?" he asked, looking over at teh Blue Ranger.

Mayumi took the broom from JT after tehy were done, setting them aside. "We should probably check in with Jameson. Let him know what's up with Kida, see if he's got any insight," she said. "HEad to the Command Center?"

Kida looked at Amaranth, none the wiser that it was her enemy in disguise. "How do you know about my sister?" she asked. "Nobody knows about that. Not in this Earth anyway."
"Well, let's just say I have a way of knowing things about other Earths," Amaranth said with a friendly smile. "Like the fact that friend of yours, Rina, doesn't care the way she says she does. She's probably badmouthing you to the others right now. Saying you're unstable and not good enough to lead them.'
"She wouldn't--"
"How can you be sure?" Amaranth asked. "Oh, sweetie...I can give you what you want, a chance to say goodbye to your sister and mourn her properly."
"WHat's the catch?" Kida asked, a knot in her stomach. She'd give anything to see her sister again, even for a little bit, even if it meant losing her again. "What do you want?"
Amaranth smiled. "Close your eyes." When Kida did, she held her hand out and poisoned the Red Ranger's mind to think the Rangers were out to get her and thought little of her. She prodded Kida's mind to want to kill the Rangers and prove she was better then all of them and she stepped back, dropping her hand as her powers faded. "Now...will you help me?"
Kida opened her eyes, her Soul in hand. "Of course. Who needs those four useless brats. I'm better off without them," she said. "Let's kill them and I'll be happier."
