Not gonna lie....I'm kind of intrigued by this one. Used to watch PPG with my sister as kids, and I always wondered what they'd be like as adults. I'm cautiously optimistic.

Was just reading about this myself. Ya it's probably going to be something more in line with Riverdale type story and what not. Curious to see how this turns out. And also if cartoon show creator or any of the cast will have any part in it.

So like....Why now does Warners decide to milk PPG badly like this NOW? I mean back when the iron was hot sure but between how terrible the Reboot was & now this? Like what the heck?

Unless it’s made by the same people that work on Stargirl. Back in the 80s, and 90s they make cartoons based off live action films.

Who's to say this couldn't turn into something good. Look I'm all for looking on the bright side of some things. Hell I freely admit to liking PPGZ & I stuck my neck out for PPG 2016 back when it's announced but between that & this relatively groan worthy idea of doing what is essentially "Dark Knight Returns" but with PPG is laughable to say the least. |

If they use the writers, and producers of Stargirl along with the cgi effects from The Flash, Supergirl, Legends, and Stargirl while targeted as a teen series it could work. |

Also, it could open the door for other live-action CN adaptations for 90s properties like Dexter's Lab and the Eds.
I'd have said Ben 10 too but it's supposed to be getting another live-action version developed anyway, plus it had two live-action TV movies years ago
