A head representative from Rangerstop asked former VR Troopers actress, Sarah Jay Brown (Kaitlin Starr) on Twitter if she will be attending Rangerstop this year, and she unfortunately chose not to attend because of her traumatizing experience with Shuki Levy and sexual assualt. Here is the link to Ms. Brown's tweet, but a fare warning. What you might read from the tweet could be disturbing... What do you think of this situation? Will you be joining Ms. Brown on her personal boycott of the franchise because of what Mr. Levy did to her, 20 years ago? Or will you still continue to support the franchise regardless of all these skeletons in the closets despite the fact that Hasbro just bpught the rights to the franchise from Saban? You decide.... |

It's s terrible thing if she was abuse in oast. And levy should have gotten jail time or what not if proven true. As for cons since levy and Saban have nothing to do with these. It sick she doesn't want to do then. Tinsel fans of her character and vr as a show. Just cause she was abuse.

It's pretty clear that the very existence of the PR franchise is a 'trigger' for her regardless of who owns the property, and her tweet revelation constitutes her being courageous and resolved enough to make that fact public and make it clear that she will not subject herself to that 'trigger' even by proxy.
Having said that, however, she doesn't really have the right to ask or expect others to abstain from supporting the franchise just because it represents a 'trauma trigger' for her personally.

What wasn't coherent in my post. Now I see ya I made a spelling mistake I didn't catch when I made that post. But besides that what was wrong with what I said. If she was physically or mentally abused by levy in the past. He should have been charged and gone to jail or what not. Same with what I said about cons. Sure it sucks she doesn't want to do them. Due to her past. And it's all up to said actors if they want to do them or what not. Sure it sucks for fans not getting to meet them. But it she has issues and don't want to have any involvement with that it is her choice.

You are right. After you mentioned that. I did Google sarah. She was in a relationship with him in past. And they do have a child from said relationship. So that does factor into things. As when a kids involved and a relationship goes bad. Or there is abuse on the child or between the parents. So it's terrible thing when someone is abused and the abuser gets away with abusing someone. And I can see if being around the toku Fandom may bring up bad feelings of her.
