It doesn't surprise me that Disney's going to milk this cash cow for all it's worth. I'd much prefer for the series to end with Episode IX, especially seeing as how John Williams won't be scoring any more Star Wars films.

It will be sad not to see him do scores but we already seen others with Rouge one, solo, and heck the in cannon cartoons do other themes. There is plenty of talented Composers out there. Plus if we want to be technical Williams has been pretty much semi retired and only doing spielberg/star wars movies.
