No. Dragon Knight was 13 years ago at this point. The cast has moved on to other things, and I sincerely doubt we'll ever get another Americanized Kamen Rider. It just isn't as marketable as Power Rangers. Any delusions of ever getting another Americanized adaptation is just that. Delusional. It won't happen. It'll never happen. SHut up.

If they did made a second season, it's more than likely that Adness Entertainment would have adapted Kamen Rider Blade into the U.S, first. Before adapting other Kamen Rider shows. Depending on how many riders the show has and how many toys they can sell into the U.S. Then again, Hasbro could acquire the licensing rights to adapt Kamen Rider into the U.S. if they wanted to. Although, it would be more likely that they would rather adapt ond of the more recent Kamen Rider shows into the U.S. and then go back and adapt another show that is up-to-date with today's technology and that the quality of the stock footage with look good to translate, etc.

I think Adness was declared defunct in 2021. It doesn't exist anymore. Toei have the whole rights of Dragon Knight.
