Walter Jones (Zack Taylor) and Johnny Young Bosch (Adam Park), the original black Power Rangers from Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers (Seasons 1-3) admitted that they enjoyed the 2017 movie reboot, but they have their own personal problems with the movie. www.syfy.com/syfy-wire/emerald-city-comic-con-2021-power-rangers?ampDo y'all agree or disagree with what they said?

I agree 100 percent with everything Bosch said. Kimberly was objectively a terrible person and she doesn’t even get a redemption arc. We’re supposed to side with her for being ostracized even though her friends were in the right for cutting her out and the movie expects us to cheer when she says “That’s what you get!” She’s a disgusting human being and it really made me sad the movie ruined my second favorite Mighty Morphin Power Ranger. Also the suits are pretty bad and the designs of the zords are hideous and make no sense
I’m not entirely sure if I can get behind Jones statement. It sounds like he wasn’t big on the Rangers being flawed teenagers and that they should be role models? They definitely shouldn’t be awful like Kimberly but I think they can be role models without doing volunteer work 24/7. Billy and Trini seemed to do good for the autism and lgbt community respectively.

I liked the movie, but what didn't sit well was the fact that they were Mighty Morphin Deliquent Rangers. They stole the parent's vehicle, lied about where they were, trespassing, Kimberly was a complete jerk and was nothing like the show. It left a bad taste in my mouth, The zords were hardly recognizable as dinosaurs - the mammoth had 8 legs, and the triceratops had 6 legs! The Megazord looked way too skinny and instead of coming into the command area, they stayed right in their own zords a la Voltron. They were in the wrong positions too. You couldn't really tell what zord was where on the thing. I didn't like it's look. Their suits were the only thing that looked decent.

At least this version of the Megazord you could tell what was what, but like I said, wrong positions.
