So now that just leaves Zyuohger as the most likely to be adapted and apparently it has already been licensed by Hasbro. I know some people don't like the mecha, but hey, this is Hasbro we're talking about, the company that made the articulated DX Beast X Megazord and Dino Fury Megazord. I fully expect them to put Bandai to shame once more. I think it could have a lot of potential as the 30th anniversary season as the source was also an anniversary season and gives a second opportunity to have a crossover with Super Mega Force which Beast Morphers missed! They didn't have any intentions of adapting "Go-Busters VS Gokaiger" because "Kyoryuger VS Go-Busters" was LITERALLY gift-wrapped to the production crew in a package because of the fact that there were three Dino-themed Power Ranger teams coming together for this one little fight scene and that could have gotten some actual build-up to that moment. "Go-Busters VS Gokaiger," what exactly could they build up in adaptation?! Gosei instructing the Beast Morphers team to find the five missing Phantom Ranger Keys in order to save the Megaforce team from the remnants of the Armada?! Seriously?! Yeah, that ain't much of an actual story to tell, dude. Now, I am not a fan of Megaforce and Super Megaforce as a TV series and I never will be. I am taking this to my grave. However, if anyone is expecting any of the main characters from Megaforce to return for a future crossover, then the writers needs to start giving the Megaforce team ACTUAL personalities or better yet....they need to start acting more like they have matured since their show ended and original actors are in fact getting older in real-life. They cannot act like the exact same boring card-board cut-outs as they were produced and directed to be in their own show back in 2013. I don't want these characters to be like what they did to Xander back in "Once A Ranger" where he was reverted back to his original character when he first started in Mystic Force back in 2006. I get the fact that they wanted to make the viewers laugh because of the whole "Plan Xander" thing and that it's nostalgic. But, Xander, in story, needs to come into the crossover acting like he has grown out of that phase because it wasn't working throughout his journey as a Power Ranger. And it didn't work when he encountered the Chillers in part two of "Once A Ranger." That's why I believe that if any of the characters of Megaforce were to come back for future crossovers. Whether, it's the original actor(s) coming back to reprise their roles or if it's just some random voice actors replacing the original actors in-suit only appearances, they should be acting like they have matured over the years. Or, if it's their past selves coming back, they need to have some real personalities instead of having zero personalities at all.

^ Actually, I do have a cool idea for how Gobusters VS Gokaiger could've been adapted.
After the invention of Morph X, a high output, infinite and clean power source, Emma and Orion became ambassadors of Grid Battleforce and exported that off-world to start work on the Andresia Reforestation Project to reverse the damage done by the Armada. So the premise is similar to Specter Rebirth. The remnants of the Armada would attack once more, tearing it up in search of the Phantom Ranger Keys that are connected to the Silver Legendary Morpher and grant backdoor access to the Morphin' Grid when gathered in one place, referencing how Gosei was able to copy the powers.
Gosei would receive the distress signal and alert the others and Troy would personally scout Beast Morphers for a rescue mission to Andresia, while Robo Knight stays behind in case of emergency. There would be a subplot where Troy questions Devon's right to be called a Power Ranger, citing his lack of discipline and how he wasn't chosen. But he would eventually acknowledge him on his own merits and give his blessing. More New Powers could show up in exclusive footage, like Bioman or Kyuranger, maybe being granted by the Phantom Ranger Keys. Of course, the Megazord Legendary Modes would be used for the climax back on Earth.
That's all I got.

Interesting. At least your idea would actually give Troy a distinct personality that would make him feel like an actual antagonist in the story since he never did have a personality in Megaforce thanks to Jonathan Tzachor's blatant ignorance and incompetence in disregarding ANY interesting idea that would have given the show an actual story or anything that would make Megaforce feel like it's actually trying to be creative. Plus, it would make the Phantom Ranger Keys feel like they are major mcguffin items that would be quite useful in the final battle. Something that was literally robbed from us during the Neo-Saban era.
