This may be taken with a grain of salt. But, I think it's understandable to why the movie reboot of Power Rangers is being put on hold. But for Zyuohger being adapted into Power Rangers?! There is going on be a lot more cons as opposed to being more pros if this Sentai series does get adapted into Power Rangers. Lupinranger vs. Patoranger will never happen because of the Black Lives Matter movement and because there are still police officers in the U.S. abusing their power and doing things they shouldn't be doing at all. Kyuuranger...that's is SERIOUSLY gonna be very expensive to produce especially with 9 core rangers and 3 extra rangers. So that ain't gonna happen in a few years from now. Which leaves us with Toqger being next and Hasbro has to be really, really, really, REEEEAAALLLY creative with adapting the train-themed Sentai series into the next Power Rangers series in a few years from now.

"Black Lives Matter movement and because there are still police officers in the U.S. abusing their power and doing things they shouldn't be doing at all."
I sincerely don't care about politics anymore, or this kind of politics. We know about corrupt cops since the dawn of times, but treating every.single.cop. as a villian/corrupt/murderer, is just mind-boggling stupid. LuPat is probably one interesting source material to adapt, with more smart themes than simple "Aliens want to invade Earth. Oh, no! Call for a group of Teenagers with attitude. Again!". The whole dynamic between the LupinRangers and PatRangers could be phenomenal, and a better adaptation than Lupat itself. The japanese really dropped the ball with this one, they could have the next Liveman or Jetman, in terms of heroes dynamics, and not just "goofing around" and dancing about LupiRed and Pat1Gou are friends, but enemies as Rangers. But no, just another generic Sentai. (In reality, I consider it better than some Sentai in the latest years). I would prefer today, TQGer to be adapted, over ZyuOhGer. I like ZyuOhGer a lot, but Hasbro is better with vehicles (they made Transformers, after all), and it could be better for them to adapt TQGer. ZyuOhger......I lke the initial mechas, but man, the Wild Tousai Dodeka King (the "Ultrazord" that season) looks really fugly. And the villians are awfully generic.

^ I never had attention span for that stuff. While I sympathize with people feeling oppressed, I also sympathize with the majority of cops who want to protect peace and happiness, only to have their good name tainted by the actions of a minority. The only hope for LupinPatren getting adapted is to wait and see if the world becomes any less ridiculous in a few years. A show with two teams of Rangers is such a unique concept that it would be a real shame if they continue to overlook it on the pretense of controversy.
Shame about Kyuranger as well, since that would've been a perfect opportunity to bring back Captain Chaku. But I can understand why they're reluctant to give it a chance. Having 12 Rangers sounds cool, but that also means having to pay twice as many actors and there's no guarantee the profits will be high enough to justify that. At least it's a better reason than Dorado Yellow's visor being too pointy. That rumor was just dumb. However, I'm not fond of the aesthetics of this show, so I'm not too disappointed.
ToQGer has like 0.01% of getting adapted and I say good riddance. Chip said that trains don't fly here in the US and besides, there are trains in LupinPatren and Kiramager alongside other types of vehicles. Even if LupinPatren is vetoed for now, there's still no reason to consider ToQGer over Kiramager, especially since it would be 9 years old by 2023, 2 years older than Gobusters would've been when Beast Morphers premiered.
I think they're saving Zenkaiger for the 35th anniversary. And before anybody asks.... No, I don't think they're going to be deterred by a few tiny numbers on the helmets. That's almost as dumb as pointy visor logic.
I wouldn't mind seeing Kiramager adapted. Shiny Breaker is one of my favorite weapons and to paraphrase Emily, it's so sparkly! But I think it's unlikely since the MOTW designs are very simple and probably won't have good reception here.
So now that just leaves Zyuohger as the most likely to be adapted and apparently it has already been licensed by Hasbro. I know some people don't like the mecha, but hey, this is Hasbro we're talking about, the company that made the articulated DX Beast X Megazord and Dino Fury Megazord. I fully expect them to put Bandai to shame once more. I think it could have a lot of potential as the 30th anniversary season as the source was also an anniversary season and gives a second opportunity to have a crossover with Super Mega Force which Beast Morphers missed!
In conclusion, yeah, I'm all for Zyuohger getting adapted and I would look forward to seeing what they could do with the story and if they could turn Bungray in to a relevant character who isn't just there to give Cubal a new arm.

To me any series has a chance to be adapted. It's all on hasbro which they feel would make a better western story and sell more merch. And look at what we had in past we have has series be pretty straight up the sentai. Then we have taken shows and totally did a 180 on it. So really any story could work. But we do know what is major selling points for us audience it's dinos, ninja and space stuff.

I would love ZyuOhger, I do, but the designs are hard....for fans. I dunno the whole "Chip said trains don't fly in America", but, Hasbro is expert in vehicles that transform in robots....I dunno. Probably Hasbro could make trains work.

For me tqr I just don't think would be a great show to do. And not just cause of the trains stuff. The suits where pretty bland and the gimmick of colors swap I don't see hasbro liking that. Where as other shows like kyuu, zyuoh, lupinpat, kima you got more stuff to play with and better looking suits weapons foes and all that.

I understand Lupat, ZyuOh and Kiramager could be more easy to adapt, but the color swap gimmick was OK to me, but very underutilized. Besides the complaints about Lupat and Kyu, I dunno if Kiramager have a big gimmick, except vehicles becoming rocks. And the power-up is OK. I mean Kiramager is a great season, but it doesn't do a lot, toy-wise. Toy wise, the best is still Kyuranger. I mean, it have constellations, and there are 88 of them. So, a lots of Kyutamas to make.....

But, given the fact that our current executive producer of Power Rangers, Simon Benett has the final say in this, it's likely that they may not want to touch LuPat for another few years. Kyuuranger is a huge "HELLL NOOO!!!" Considering how big the roster is. So, that's not gonna work. So, it's either trains or animals and cubes, for now.

I don't see why kyuu would be that hard. Look at Dino charge had a large number of rangers too. So I don't see that as a reason it couldn't be used. Now I never watch kyuu there was a core 6 or 7 we had all the time right. So we just focus on those core ones. And the others just pop in when needed like DC did or heck even jungle fury did with the masters and all. It could work.

Technically, the people at Hasbro has the final say on the matter. Considering that Simon and the writers said long ago that originally they were going with the name Dino Knights with this current series. But that Hasbro said no to the name and thus came the name Dino Fury.

Red, blue, black, orange, silver, gold, green, pink and yellow. Violet, Sky blue and Phoenix Soldier are the extra rangers. It also has one main villain, but that's it. Seven of the members of Kyuuranger were actual actors and one of them is a child actor. The other five are suit actors with voice actors. So, yeah. If you were Hasbro, you have to pay twice more for all these actors go interact with these random suit actors and you also have to pay for voice actors to record their lines in private voice recording sessions. Which is likely going to drain you of the show's production budget. So, yeah. You can see why it's gonna be very expensive to produce a live-action Power Rangers adaptation of Kyuuranger. Now, if this was an ANIMATED adaptation of Kyuuranger, that would be different. But, you also would have to pay for animators to create the show. Okay?!

In the way this show is filmed, non-SAG, and recruiting people form New Zealand, specially voice actors, I don't think it would drain the budget a lot. AlwaysARanger has right: Dino Charge had 10 Rangers, and it could have an eleventh, if they adapt DeathRyuger, but they didn't. The thing is, probably you have to write the things around, and probably, probably, you wanna sacrifice the whole concept of "9 main Rangers" and make a team of 5, then 6, and the rest are Extra Rangers. And make him appear when the episode needs them. Remember Kyuranger: most of the time they use that stupid roullette (Kyulette?) to choose a team of 5 to fight. They don't need to be 9 main Rangers all the time. Some of them, could be in other missions, or being secondary characters.

They still need to explain the whole "roulette" thing in adaptation and they need to decide which characters should be getting enough character-focused episodes for their individual story arcs and which ones shouldn't. Otherwise we'll end up getting yet another disaster like Power Rangers Megaforce and Super Megaforce. Or another "X-Men: The Last Stand" or another "Amazing Spider-Man 2" for that matter.

Again it's all about what footage they use. Vs what original footage they film. Again look how different some shows have been to sentai. And we know there is plenty of footage they do not use. So that roulette thing may not even be a thing for a pr take. And they could focus more on 6 or 7 guys. And the others only pop in as needed. And they could make it something like spd or tf. And maybe have the Rangers spilt in different groups or ranks and what not. Who knows it's all about story they want to do.

Probably, they could use a concept of "the Rangers so-and-so are in some mission". Keep the concept of "bad guys won: Earth has been invaded". The leader goes recruiting Rangers to save the Earth (and the Galaxy, like In Space) and some Rangers join, some don't (at that time). Like SIlver and Gold: you can introduce in some episode in alien planet (like the Sentai), and don't let join the team immediately. They are doing their own stuff. You don't have to use the roulette. Said, they are Rebels, like Star Wars, some in other missions, some don't. I have problems with "character-focused episodes", most of the time, are useless to convey personality or an arc. Ninja Steel have character-focused episodes, but the Rangers are not memorable. I forgot about them, after a year. Heck, I only remember Presto, for some reason.
