Synopsis
Riku Asakura is a teenager with no knowledge of his past, save being found near an astronomical observatory as a baby following an universe-wide cataclysm called the Crisis Impact. When a giant monster destroys his home, Riku and his alien roommate Pega stumble upon a secret base 500 meters under Earth. Riku learns he an Ultraman in human form and is given the ability to use the Geed Riser transformation device and Ultra Capsules—items that each contain a fragment of an Ultraman's power—by base's operating system RE.M. to become Ultraman Geed to save everyone. But Riku later learns that he is the son of the instigator of the Crisis Impact: Ultraman Belial. Deciding to fight against fate, he is joined by monster hunter Laiha Toba, AIB agent Moa Aizaki, and office worker Leito Igaguri, who becomes the host of Belial's nemesis Ultraman Zero. Riku soon learns that the monsters he faces are Fusion Rise forms of Kei Fukuide, who seeks those who are hosts to unformed Ultra Capsules called Little Stars. During the fight with Kei, the secret behind Riku's birth and Belial's grand plan will gradually came to light. Y'know I have Geed queued up in my crunchyroll list but like all Ultra series, I never stick around long enough to watch it. I liked the characters like Riku and the girl with the katana but I don't know. Perhaps ultraman isn't for me.

I watch the series via Tsuburaya's YouTube account. I co-run an Ultraman fan page on Facebook so I post the video links there.
Laiha is really cute. The guy who plays Riku was in the Ultraman Zero movie where Zero got his first host. He played the host's brother.

He has a very deep voice for his age (the actor is only 16 despite Riku being 19) ...

Yep! I really like how Zero & Geed have become friends/partners in crime-fighting despite Zero being Geed's dad's rival.

The Alien Godora, who has infiltrated the research section, kidnaps Laiha and those with a Little Star. Ultraman Geed rushes to help with the crisis. During this battle, a nightmare happens again! Ultraman Belial has revived, and Fusion Rises into Chimabelios! Episode 17, "The King's Miracle! Change It! Fate!" (October 28) Riku, Ultraman Geed, was absorbed into Chimabelios. The whisper of his father Belial will slowly turn his heart to evil. Laiha, trying to save Riku, jumps into Riku's spirit world using the power of Ultraman King. The desperate call of Laiha's voice breaks the spell over Riku. Riku's whole body Fusion Rises into a miraculous form! What's happening?

I know Belial will arrive and it'll be Son vs. Father. I just hope Belial FINALLY gets destroyed for good.

Geed now has the Power of Ultraman King and has the Jack, Taro & Ace Capsules. And he defeated his dad, who's gonna return.

Fukuide is not only Riku's "mother" for all intents and purposes, but he's also being used to carry what is apparently a new form of Belial. So basically they have two children together, that is pretty impressive

I wonder how Geed will defeat his father once & for all once Belial accesses Atrocious Form, which is supposed to be more powerful than Royal Mega-Master.

We're nearing the end of the season! Do you guys think Belial will be destroyed permanently or will he come back??? I'm hoping he gets destroyed for good. And who better to deliver the final blow than his own son who's become friends with Belial's arch-nemesis!
