From what I understand, Hasbro have, or are planning to, cut ties with Toei and make future Power Rangers seasons without adapting Sentai.
The next Sentai series, Kikai Sentai Zenkaiger, features a team of robots led by a single human character. Transformers is one of Hasbro's biggest franchises, perhaps their biggest?
Is it a coincidence that the next Sentai series, which will likely never be adapted, seems like such a perfect fit for Hasbro? Could the alleged split from Hasbro be the motivation to do something so experimental/different from the usual formula? Zenkaiger seems like a perfect blend of Sentai/Power Rangers and Transformers? Purely based on the first picture, would you be disappointed if Zenkaiger does not get an adaptation?
Disclaimer: No, I don't think they created Zenkaiger only to be petty and I do understand that they have made the new team a team of robots (suit actors) as a result of Covid-19.
