"Guys, I promise. I'm fine. Since getting home from the Air Force, I have bad days. That just happens to be today," Jax said. "When it happens, I usually distance myself but I had another meeting today, so I dragged my ass out of bed and forced myself up into a disaster of a day. I'll be fine in a day or so."

"It'll get better, man." Derek said. "And on the off chance that it doesn't, we're here to support you." DC placed a hand on Jax's shoulder, smiling at the Blue Ranger.

Aisha gives Amara her smoothies and she looks up at the group, "Seems that you guys are having a good conversation," she said with a smile and Jason nodded. "Yeah, reminds us when we hung out here when we were in high school."
Tyler looked up at Jason and Aisha, "Oh, you guys used to hang out here too?" he asked and the former Rangers nodded.
"Of course, the Youth Center was a very popular place back then. Now people are mesmerized in social media and such," Aisha spoke while shrugging and Tyler looked down at his laptop and chuckled, "O-oh, is that right?" he said uneasily.
"Seems that they had more fun than us," Mackenzie spoke after.

"I don't get the point of social media. What happened to dialing the damn phone and calling your friends?" Jax asked, raising an eyebrow. "All these ways to connect with people, and nobody wants to sit and hold a conversation anymore. It's why I was thankful for the Air Force. Face-to-face is always better, in my opinion."
"True, but sometimes your old friends don't answer the phone," Amara said. "Sometimes they don't answer Facebook either, but that's a whole 'nother can of worms. Stupid Jeannie Darabont."
Jax snickered, looking at his sister and taking his smoothie from her. "Are you still hung up on that girl?"
"She was hot! You saw her!" Amara laughed.

Tyler looked at Amara and Jax in slight confusion, "Um, who the hell is Jeannie Darabont?" he questioned the two siblings.

Jax laughed. "She was the girl in High School. Amara, like ninety percent of the school, had a crush on this girl," he said. "She was tall, blonde, leggy, cheerleading captain, perfect hair, perfect makeup."
"On a scall of one to ten, she was a fifteen," Amara said, sighing as she felt her shoulders drop. "But, like all high school crushes, my heart was crushed when she got engaged to the head of the freaking Chess Club of all people. High school puppy love is no joke. It hurts like a son of a bitch." She grinned, taking a drink of her smoothie.
"So, yeah. Amara's still hung up on this girl from almost ten years ago. I tease her about it every chance I get," Jax said with a smirk.
"Ass," Amara said, sticking her tongue out.

"Hey! There's nothing wrong with nerd life!" Derek said, feeling a slight bit of pride with a fellow nerd scoring a W.

Jax laughed, looking at Derek. "Forgive me, boss, but what did you do for a living? You mention meetings and deals and I don't think we've ever truly known what you do."
"Dude runs a company," Amara said. "Some video game thing, right?"

Mackenzie turned to Derek, "Oh? And what about you? Seems that you had a good time back in high school," she said.
"He's probably one of those video game fanatics. I remember when we were first brought to the Command Center by Divatox, the first thing he said that it looked like a boss stage," Tyler playfully jabbed at Derek.

"Dude runs a company," Amara said. "Some video game thing, right?"
"Yeah, I started gaming competitively after high school." Derek slid that last part in as a bit of a wink and nudge to Amara. "Turns out, I was really good at it. I won a bunch of championships and started a company that has its own streaming platform like Youtube or Twitch and kids like me have a place to feel comfortable and hone their skills."
Mackenzie turned to Derek, "Oh? And what about you? Seems that you had a good time back in high school," she said.
"Ha, it was okay." Derek said to Mackenzie. "I was one of those nerds in High School that did Chess Club and Math club and gaming was a hobby back then, so I was never Mr. Popularity but I never ran into much trouble since folks either needed help with their homework or they wanted to run COD missions after school."
"He's probably one of those video game fanatics. I remember when we were first brought to the Command Center by Divatox, the first thing he said that it looked like a boss stage," Tyler playfully jabbed at Derek.
"Hey, I am a proud fanatic! I wasn't in it for the money but it's afforded me a good life and I get to help people with resources to get going that I never had because my folks weren't into that sort of thing."

Tyler looked at Derek with an impressed smile on his face, "Wow, that's pretty fancy! That's better what I'm doing!" he said with a smile and Mackenzie looked at the Yellow Ranger and shook her head.
"Tyler, being a YouTuber is a big thing you know. How many subscribers do you have?" she questioned.
"Um... I say the least 50 million," Tyler replied and Mackenzie nearly toppled from her seat while Jason and Aisha were left pretty shocked after hearing the number. "50 million subscribers? Sheesh, Tyler! You should be famous by now!" Jason commented with a chuckle.

Amara choked on her smoothie, looking at Tyler. "50 million?! Dude, that ain't nothing to sneeze at!"
"What's the big deal? It's just a number," Jax said, cocking an eyebrow.

"He's not all the way wrong." Derek chimed in. "And he's right." Derek said, referring to Jason. "You should be famous but the problem is that with Youtube, there's so much red tape that really cuts into your popularity because all it takes is literally one non-friendly word and not only is your video demonitized but you aren't featured on searches for your genre." Derek explained. "It's why I did what I did. Hell, it's why so many content creators are bolting for the Twitch's and Mixers of the world. I'm not even talking about the money part of it but if you want to really get your reach out there or at least not have to worry about the BS, it may be a good idea to make that move."

"Trust me, Derek. I have had my supporters and haters," Tyler spoke back to Derek with a smile. "I've been doing YouTube since I graduated high school. I told Mackenzie that I'm a recording artist and I usually do cover songs and I write my own songs too. I even started an art channel where I usually draw and paint, and even do tutorials. I even have some art pieces displayed at the museum. But yeah, YouTube can be a blessing and a curse, but I don't let that bother me. At least I was able to get some sponsors for my videos and I was able to get at least three YouTube Play buttons," Tyler replied back while smiling.
"Seriously, Tyler. Why haven't you like hang out with the famous crowd yet?" Mackenzie asked.
"Because I chose to get my education. Doesn't matter if I'm famous, my parents taught me how to stay grounded that's all. Even though I can be a bit brash," Tyler said with a shrug.

"Yeah, like getting a scantily clad pirate bitch to almost kill you," Amara said with a grin, looking at the Yellow Ranger.
"Amara," Jax chuckled, shaking his head.
