After the revelation at the Hokage's Mansion, the day progressed as normally as it could given the circumstances. At the lair of the Shinsei Toukai, the villains were about to receive some very special guests. At the entrance of the lair, two sound shinobi stood guard. Their idle conversation was quickly halted upon seeing four figures approach their base of operations. "Stop! You shouldn't be here!" One sound shinobi said, struggling with these strange looking intruders. With a single slash, the female of the group put down the two shinobi with blood oozing out of their necks. The leader of the group growled as the four proceeded inside. In a base crawling with shinobi, it didn't take long for word to get to Proto himself who was none too happy with someone trying to invade on his territory and even more confused with the description one of his followers provided. He motioned to Kabuto who was close by and the two were on the move to confront these intruders themselves giving the order for others not to engage. The four invaders slowly advanced through with little opposition until a slew of shuriken rained down, forcing the group to stop. The four were now face to face with Kabuto and Lord Proto. "I don't know why you strange freaks are here but I have plenty of room for your corpses!" Proto got into an attack stance. Kabuto remained silent, pulling out two blades, infusing them with chakra as he prepared for battle. "Silly boy!" The leader growled. "You look like a tasty snack. I only hope you don't get stuck in my teeth." Just before the two sides did battle, Orochimaru raced onto the scene, standing between the groups. The Legendary Sannin stared down the leader of the invading group for what felt like forever before smirking. "You should have sent word you were coming." Orochimaru hissed. "And miss the surprise? Never." "Orochimaru, you know this trespasser!?" Proto spoke, still primed to attack. "Yes. This is...an old friend of sorts." Orochimaru turned and presented them with a slight bow. "Lord Proto, may I present one of the four horseman of the apocalypse... Dragonis!" "Wait. I know that name. The Dragonis!? The one that destroyed the Power Rangers in America?" Kabuto questioned. "One and the same." Dragonis growled. "And my loyal followers..." "Griffor." "Xami." "And the Aura Striker White Ranger." "But..... you can call me Drake." The White Ranger removed his helmet once it seemed as though things were calming down and everyone was going through introductions.

After leaving the Hokage's Mansion, Mayumi found herself sitting on the floor of her apartment, trying to wrap her head around everything. Was this the real Aaron? Her heart told her it was. Did it make sense? Maybe. She felt lost, and without her brother to talk with, since he was off on his own missions outside of the Village, the White Ranger was left to her own thoughts in the silence.
"God....what happens now?" she mumbled. "Ibiki says he's the real Aaron, but...I'm just so confused..."

Kumiko went home and tried out Davis's idea of a hot shower. She putting her hands on the wall behind the shower head she tilted her head down and let the water rush over her hair and down her back. After awhile she finished her shower and dried her hair. As sat down on her bed to brush her hair she tried to get her mind around the fact that this Aaron is the right one. Losing her parents and then the Hokage was bad enough but she wasn't sure if she could handle Aaron being some kind of trick and then having to lose him again.

Davis stepped out of the hot and steamy shower, he had a lot to process. He wrapped himself in a towel and proceeded to his room and got dressed as he then sat on the floor to meditate to clear his mind after recent events: Proto killing Aaron, facing Ishidate, the Gold Ranger, Aaron being alive, the team's Aaron being fake, Davis just took a deep breath.

A mug of warm tea was set in front of Uryuu, giving him a mix of comfort and amusement. He looked up at his mother, appreciating her gratitude as she sat across from him.
"Arigato, Kaa-chan," Uryuu acknowledged before sipping gently. After a few more minutes of silence, his mother spoke out, "How did it go with Ibiki?"
"Mixed," Uryuu stated with a sigh. "He confirms this person is Aaron, but I don't believe him at all."
"And because of it, it makes you and your friends feel conflicted." His mother replied, understanding where her son was coming from.
Uryuu nodded, his eyes falling to the floor. "We all grew up with Aaron. We all fight alongside him until the... bitter end. But now, he turned up alive under different circumstances. Wanting to catch up with us. I don't know how I feel about it."
"It is never easy." His mother held his hand, rubbing it soothingly. "Believe me, I get it. I'm more worried how his parents will handled this situation."
Uryuu agreed, not forgetting how hard it must've been for them. He looked at his tea absently. "I'll never forget what he said those final words to me. It leaves me powerless because I chose to take a coward's way, costing him his life." He moved to meet her eyes. "But I have to keep going for him. I cannot look back anymore."
His mother looked at him sadly, wanting to take away the pain that inflicted her son. No matter the reassurances he received, he was forever haunted by those actions. It would take time, but she knew her son would find a way to make peace with it.
After another minute of silence, Uryuu spoke tentatively, "I...I think I'm going to check on Aaron. To see how he's doing so far."
His mother smiled. "I think that's a great idea." She walked over to kiss her son by the forehead before taking the emptied tea away.
Uryuu smiled before he left his place to search for his Gold teammate. Talking to his mom did alleviate some of his concerns, helping him realize that this Aaron may not be their team’s Aaron, but he still cared about him.

"Four Horsemen? I thought that was a myth." Proto looked over to Orochimaru, slightly confused.
"Far from it." Dragonis growled. "Your historic books and scrolls pale in comparison to the tales I can tell."
"Cute." Proto quipped. "I don't respond to stories from an old beast. I respond to action!"
"Action you say?!" Dragonis walked to Proto, standing face to face with the leader of Shinsei Toukai. In a move purely to flex is own muscle, he let out a thunderous growl. "So be it. I hear you have Rangers here in Konoha as well and I have a taste for destruction. I have no qualms with showing you what domination truly looks like, boy!"
Dragonis and his crew all teleported away, leaving Proto along with the remainder of his crew. "You sure know how to pick your friends."
"He's.... always been a bit different but his power is deadly. You'll see."
"We will. But if he tries anything, I will end him myself."
"I know you will, Lord Proto." Orochimaru smirked.

Just as he said before at the Hokage's mansion, Aaron went to what he believed to be his home. His key was with his parents who were given his belongings after the Red Ranger was killed by Proto. Luckily, there was a spare key under the mat. He opened the door to see his place and he was disgusted with what he saw. His disgust wasn't in terms of cleanliness as the other Aaron was a relatively neat person but with someone here living his life. He saw a photo on the table in the living room with the team and Asuma. Frustrated, he threw the photo against the wall, shattering the glass frame before walking to the shower.
The Gold Ranger hit the shower, turning the heat up to the max. The water that dripped down his body masked the tears flowing down his face. The things he went through over these last few months were grueling but paled in comparison to the hurt he felt to see his friends look at him like a complete stranger and a fraud.
Once the shower was done, Aaron got out and looked in the mirror. He opted to keep the long hair but trimmed the beard so that it was near. He got dressed and after pausing for a moment, put on the flak jacket and left to find food.
Some time passed and after some strange looks from other who thought he was dead, he arrived at Yakiniku Q, stepping inside for a quiet meal.

After meditating, Davis was getting quite hungry and as his mom left for work, she left him some money for food as she was running late and hadn't prepared anything. Taking the money, wallet, and keys, he put on his yellow hoodie and took off on his bicycle and headed to Yakiniku Q as some Hot and Sour soup with some Lo Mein on the side was calling his name. Upon arriving, he noticed Aaron sitting inside. Parking his bike against the building, he walked inside and waited for the waitress to seat him.

Uryuu passed through the streets, searching for Aaron. He checked the places he'd been to and no such luck. By the time the Blue Ranger arrived at Yakiniku Q, he thought maybe Aaron was there. So he went inside and found not only him but Davis as well. "Davis?" Uryuu asked his Yellow comrade, wondering if he's looking for Aaron or just planning to dine here.

"Aaron, calm down!" Botan cried out. "We'll fix this. We'll figure out a way to get you back."
"How!? Ibiki-Sensei got his wires crossed and Baby Koenma is a selfish little shit!" Aaron began to hang his head and Botan slapped him in the face.
"Ouch! What was that for!? He is a selfish little shit!"
"That's not what that was for. I actually agree with that." Botan winked. "But you cannot get down on yourself. Your friends need you now more than ever and we'll figure out a way to get you down there. I promise."
"You sure?"
"Of course I am. I'm Botan!" She pulled Aaron into a hug, causing him to smile.
"And they say I'm the cocky one..." He muttered.
"I heard that!"

Davis heard his name and as he turned around he saw Uryuu. "Yeah?" Davis said as he then put two and two together. "No, I'm not looking for Aaron, I was actually hungry and I noticed he was here and figured I'd try to talk to him about things. I get the feeling that he's a little overwhelmed..." Davis said as he continued to wait for the waitress to sit him at a table.

"True," Uryuu took a quick glance at Aaron before focusing on Davis. "I want to check on him. To see if he's accommodating so far." He blew a low sigh, eyes now staring at the ground. "But also I like to get to know him a little better so he doesn't feel too left out."

Aaron saw Davis and Uryuu out of the corner of his eye. Under normal circumstances, he would walk over to their table and have a jolly time with his comrades. Unfortunately for him, these circumstances were all but normal as he was made to feel like a stranger with his life being stolen and violated by someone who spent months posing as him.
When his meal arrived, he thanked the waiter before looking at his large plate and nodded. "Itadakimasu." He spoke softly before digging into his meal.

Mayumi sighed softly, sitting in the dark in her apartment. She reached over and flipped a light on, pcking up a picture. She looked at everyone's faces, clearly happy, but she pulled the picture out of the frame and shook her head. "This was all a lie. The person I warmed up to, bared my soul to, was a fake? A lie? I...god, this is confusing. Mama, please help me..."

Kumiko laid down on her bed and just stared up at the ceiling. After awhile she decided to try going on a walk to clear her head. She got dressed and then told her aunt what she was doing. She wandered around aimlessly for a little while before she realized that she was in front of Mayumi's apartment. She hesitated for a moment unsure of what to do before walking up and knocking on the door.

Mayumi looked over at the door, biting her lip. She didn't want to open it, but she knew she couldn't ignore the door. Setting the picture face down on the table, she got up and walked over, unlocking the door and opening it. "Kumiko, hey," she said. "Come on in."
