i really wouldnt just blame spider-man look every dam studio is moving things around. And these are not likely going to be the last times sm3 and the mcu films move. More so for shang chi as they where half way through filming. Spider-man and strange where not filming to july and if shutdowns last much more into the summer all these films ie strange, spiderman, thor, are all likely going to be moving around some more. Same goes with all the disney plus series. As falcon/winter solider still had a few weeks of filming, loki only just started filming. Wandavision looks like filming finished prior to shutdown.

Remember Sony pulling Spider-Man out of the MCU causing backlash, and controversy till Sony put him back into the MCU.

oh every one knew in the end a deal was going to be made. Same with once sm3 comes out and what ever film after that holland will appear. They will probably keep going a 2-3 deal to share things. Untill either disney buys spiderman back fully from sony. Or if sony is sold to someone else and the spiderman rights/ip automatically revert back to marvel/disney.

Spider-Man is also the face & mascot of the company! Like Pikachu for Pokémon! He's the most popular character! Hell Spidey's on the front with Captain America on a mural I have hanging on my wall!
