Will she though? This whole run has been BND-esqe regarding Peter & MJ's relationship that I wouldn't be surprised if they did the yo-yo routine until the next writer jumps on board.

Wells has admitted he never intended to create long-standing shake-ups in his run and everything will snap back into place when he's ready to move on. Guy is self-aware of his limits with characters and their eternal roles. |

The reason Paul didn't have a last name all this time? It'd have given away the whole plot. He's Paul Rabin, the villain's son. And it turns out Peter has known this since the very begining of the run. Some point after he finds out Paul has no records, he punches Paul in front of Mary Jane, then breaks into their apartment where he demands Paul tell him his true identity. Paul reveals his connection to Rabin, Peter calls him a murderer, Paul punches Peter. Mary Jane tells Peter she also knew who Paul was, but argues that he is just the same as Peter, feeling nothing but guilt and wanting to make up for his past transgressions.
Mary Jane never admits to being in love with Paul, she simply understands him.
Later, when Rabin destroys the kids, the now unshackled Mary Jane reveals her powers to Peter and attempts to kill Rabin, and the battle escalates to the point Kamala has to sacrifice herself to protect MJ from herself

 Seeing this go around given recent news. Real double edge sword moment though given my issues with Brian after what happened with Superman & The Legion. Also obviously this was just a joke between co-workers. I don't really have a thing against Nick Lowe. |

Flash 800. Adams ends his Wally West stories (will still got some Jay Garrick stories), with a group of D-list villains lamenting about how they should never go to Central City because of how powerful the Flash is even taking out heavy hitters like Joker & Mordru, before Wally himself knocks on their door. Waid has an enjoyable romp with Impulse during his early years, Willaimson gives some conclusion on the Tornado Twins as Barry & Iris take a date to the Future, Johns brings Hunter Zolomon back from the dead, & we get a preview of Spiurer's Flash & it's ok. It's some growing pains but I hope it's good. Not big on Deodato being on this boom in particular.
Overall though, Jeremy Adams Flash run was cut before it's time but I'd still rank it up there with the great Flash stuff.

I hope what happened with Wally and Linda in Spurrier's story isn't indicative of what the family will be like in his run. Got real Mackie era ASM vibes with that, and jarring and out of character for Linda coming right after Adam's handling of her in the same issue just pages ago.
We also get a definitive answer on Lana Lang's status with John Henry over in Steelworks...still together, and engaged.

Spider-Man#9 indicates Peter might be done with Felicia, as Robbie suggests he should hook up with a bridesmaid at Randy's wedding and May is all for that. Norman drops round for dinner too in a scene reminiscent of Raimi's first movie. Anna Watson is back to full health also.
Over in the X-Books, Judas Traveller crosses a line and murders a child he's fitted with X-Genes to try and frame Krakoa for an attack on a small town, while Scott and Jean have let their disagreements over how to deal with The Brood result in a time out on their relationship. Emma tells Scott Kamala is dead
