Kinda a meh change in my opinion. Personally I always liked the planet was doomed for x reason and the ruling parties didn't believe Jor-el and they don't space travel any more. And that is why he made a ship for kal-el and was able to save a part of there world. I wonder if this change makes a new origin for kryptonite too? |

Bendis' story wasn't too bad...Clark is a wee bit mousy now, and Lois is AWOL (fans theorize she's off-world with Jon), a new character called Goode is introduced to the Planet staff, but she has ulterior motives.
