Meanwhile, that Birds of Prey one-shot from Black Label doesn't even bother with an actual ending...situation is completely unresolved and the final few pages are this bizarre relationship drama between Harley and Joker.
Catwoman's 80th...Helena Wayne is born, and Selina falls in love with being a mother to her. We flash forward to when Helena's a grown woman and Selina is now widowed (follow-up to Batman Annual#2) where mother and daughter share a moment. No idea if this is still meant to be canonical or not.

I haven't been paying much attention to Wonder Woman recently but the recent issue had the biggest bombshell ever: Diana & Donna. Working together. As equals. After like 10 or more years.

Harley Quinn: Make 'Em Laugh#1 continues the amazing winning streak of the Digital First DC titles, and is the first time I've enjoyed Harley in the comics in years She not only gets to play psychiatrist to Head Shrink, but even after thwarting an art museum heist he conspired with Clayface and battling him and his henchmen to take the remaining stolen paintings, they remain on good terms at the end and even agree to use Clayface himself as a museum piece to attract visitors...much to the dismay of the museum curators who hired Harley as security! Harley also gets along with Penguin and Riddler, giving Head Shrink a motivational speech about how art can inspire even them! And she still loves Joker in the Walmart continuity, despite being a morally grey freelancer, as she has his photo on her office wall with hearts circling it Meantime, the Man-Bat limited series is now postponed indefinitely www.gamesradar.com/dcs-man-bat-postponed-indefinitely/

Well the other book I pay attention to is finally back after the hiatus: GI Joe ARAH 271 features the Joes going under the radar to begin their assault on Cobra & save Snake-Eyes. Also the Dreadnoks, Iron Greniders, & Revauche are getting into the mix as well.

That's because nothing worthwhile has been out. I'm sure something like Mystery In Space would've been on here if not for current circumstances.

well look at this: www.cbr.com/dc-ends-deal-diamond-comic-distributors/man this is probably going to kill dc books at alot of shops. Cause why would they want to get shipping from multi places to get all there dam orders. Hell i know my shop wasnt fond of dc doing this during the pandemic and didnt want to have to go through 2 places for comics weekly.

So Bendis did an Off Panel podcast where he confirmed he was winding down his Superman run, and the host of the podcast took it down because Bendis was too happy and it didn't fit the mood of America or something.

Interesting if his run is ending soon. Thought he be on character for a longer period.

Interesting if his run is ending soon. Thought he be on character for a longer period. His sales haven't been good at all though, and he's said he was supposed to have left the book much earlier. I can see him maybe keeping one book, Action Comics, since street level stories and crime organisations are his speciality, but if you read his run on Superman, it definitely feels like he intended to leave after Clark went public. That issue 'feels' very much like a jumping off point for him.

Ah no I haven't read his stuff when he went to dc. I just thought he probably stay on a longer run. But if he is leaving supes. Be interesting to see what character or book he moves to next.

Maybe just give him Batman? Or Green Arrow? I mean we can only go up from here with Batman after Tom King's trainwreck run.
Granted him leaving Superman means he'll probably stay on LoSH which is very hmm. Like I'm trying my best in supporting that title but the pacing of the whole thing & haphazard setup is making it hard.

Matt Draper takes a look at the Marvel event that revolutionized the cosmic brand & created a generation of bitter virgins that wouldn't shut the hell up about it when different creative teams came about: Annihilation.
