Can't wait to see what reason they come up with for why Ravi shouldn't be leader even though he was the only one trained to be a ranger.
Power Rangers Beast Morphers
Episode 2: Evox’s Revenge
March 9, 2019
Synopsis: When Grid Battleforce’s Commander needs to select a leader for the team, the Power Rangers are at odds over who should get the job.

Let's go!
-They brought back previously on Power Rangers? -New villain! -Tronics! -Devon is awesome. -THE BEAST BOTS! -Jax's voice is awesome. -Smash's voice is awesome. -Cruise's voice is awesome. -They kept the sentai transformation! -Ben and Betty! -So they just kinda do odd jobs? That makes sense. -Ha. -They get their own keys? Cool. -Zords! -Commander Mama just checked Ravi so hard. -Blaze doesn't get a morph call? -UNMORPHED FIGHT? PLEASE? -Still loving the theme.
Break.
-YES! UNMORPHED FIGHT! -DAMN RAVI! -"How about another another karate lesson?" "There's plenty I can teach you" WE FINALLY HAVE GOOD BANTER! -I like the actual conflict we have without a spell or something. -We're starting with episode 5? Huh. -THAT MORPH IS SO COOL! -The weaknesses! They kept them! -Devon's afraid of dogs instead of chickens? That works. -I like that Ben and Betty really do their best. They're just bad as it. -Ravi turns bad if he overheats? Just like Ryuji. -Zoey runs out of energy? Just like Yoko. I like this. -Nate and Beast Bots to the rescue!
Break.
-Devon's gonna be leader, and he earned it right there. -They don't count down anymore? They just teleport? -That instant morph... hell yes. -Zord time! -Well, that's not good. -He's afriad of dogs so he has cat DNA... man, that's good thinking. -Carrots refuel Zoey? Also good thinking. -Zord time! -Go Busters zord footage was actually pretty nice to look at. -Hey, they didn't talk about the cockpit weapon for half an hour before shooting it! -Devon's the leader. Not shocking, but a nice ending. I'm glad he had to actually earn it. -Ben and Betty did something funny! Actually funny!

Honestly found this episode to be a step down from the premiere. Like I'll give them props for explaining the weaknesses better than Go-Busters did, but otherwise too much silly and odd choices here (Using a blaseter for a sword slash again?).

Not to bad of a episode this morning. We have some nice character moments for all. Even Ben and Betty got into the action. And they are very likeable and goofy but not so grating like Victor and Monty was.
I like the intro to the robot and giant robot maker for the season. He seems like an interesting chsracter. As for the being he is hiding from. I total bet it will be the body evox takes over down the road.
Now on to the leader of the team plot. I thought they handle it well with each wanting it. And then through course of events Devon showed the leader qualities. I was a little disappointed they are doing the weakness for the rangers. I was hoping they would have cut that. But they made it work with there slight changes. Also was nice to see sentai cockpits again and all that. Also the beast bots was cool too and some solid voices.

That was another solid episode. Wasnt as good as episode 1. But it tops Ninja steel by miles. Had a lot fun action moments and I'm loving the grounded future tech feel over a magical cosmic shuriken giving them everything. Loving that they kept the beast bots personalities and the Rangers weaknesses from Go-Busters. With the changes fitting this show better.
Also calling it that the other robot the new henchmen is running from is another one of Enter's forms.
My only real con is the slap stick with Betty and Ben. On the plus side I like them better then Victor and Monty cause they at least are well...likeable. but them gertting zapped with burn Marks and spiked up hair and then completely fine and look normal 5 seconds later is too "looney Tunes" for this kinda season.
4/5

Betty and Ben is way beeter than those who were part of Neo-Saban Era comedy.

Did anyone ever noticed that Cruise's voice sounded vaguely familiar?! Let's say to that of a certain Power Rangers alumni actor who recently returned to the franchise as the mentor-character of Ninja Steel and Super Ninja Steel?!

I'm wondering if Vargoyle is either Messiah Reboot or Enter Unite.

For my part, I do find Ben and Betty better than Neo-Saban Era Bulk. Zordon-Era Bulk, on the other hand ... not so much. But regardless, I'm liking Ben and Betty.
Devon, my friend, the time is gonna come when pretending zord battles are a video game won't work so well for you. I wonder if that will ever be addressed.
I love the new morph.
"Hope this makes up for going bananas on you earlier!" I see what you did there, Ravi ...
I was admiring the cockpits and realized that we haven't had actual cockpits with controls and buttons and stuff since RPM!

Well, 12 hours later, but I finally catched it. It was...overstuffed. The fights, the leader plot, the weakness, the Beast Bots, the Zord battle. It had too much. Probably if they left the Zords out from this episode, it could be better, or they should introduced them in the next ep. It wasn't bad, just, too much.

Wow. Probably the first time that I like the Red Ranger being the leader, because this time the Red Ranger actually earned it instead of being leader by default just because he's Red like in Wild Force, or even worse, Dino Charge.
