Personality: Jaguar is shown to be a very friendly person at heart but can be stubborn and very hot-headed, leading to getting into many fights. This was due to the fact that he had been bullied due to him living in a lavish life thanks to his father's hard work and wanting to provide a better life for the family. Jaguar doesn't mean to lose his temper and he wants to try to help others who are in need of being helped.

History: Jaguar Kion Baptiste was born to a Creole family who left New Orleans after his father, Melbourne Baptiste, became a well-known businessman. Being the only child in the family, Jaguar had life served in a silver platter, gotten everything want he wanted and because of him living in a nice upbringing, the peers around him began to look at him negatively, thinking that he was very spoiled, selfish, and looking down on others because his family's wealth and that didn't sit well with Jaguar, leading him to getting into fights with the other kids. In reality, Jaguar had gone to the slums of Synchro City where his father showed him how people like him were suffering to the point where they became homeless and that brought a spark within Jaguar, wanting to help the others the best way he can, wanting to give away everything he had to help the homeless and the hungry.

By the time Jaguar graduated high school, he along with his father helped the people of Synchro City in getting back on their feet and even met some people his age who had lived in the street life and they formed a friendship as he helped them get the things he needed. But as he continued on with his work, he will soon realize that there was another calling coming to him which was joining the SPD.

However after the betrayal of Commander Storm and the revealing of Joey Brooks being immortal, Jaguar decided to step down as a Ranger until he was recruited by his father to be involved in the Dino Brave Project where he was chosen to become the Yellow Ranger with a new set of powers. However, there is a secret that is being kept from him by Melbourne that would shake his life to the core.
