Apparently, Tsubaraya Prod. released an official dub for Ultra Fight Victory, the YouTube miniseries about Ultraman Victory, the secondary Ultraman of Ultraman Ginga S. It will be the first part of their plan to make Ultraman more accesible to Western? I dunno. And the result is...weird? Well, judge it for yourselves.

I wrote a wish that Ultraman get an American counterpart. A dubbed series from Japan is as good as an American counterpart.

Not gonna happen, dude! There was the Australian made series "Ultraman: Towards The Future", dubbed " Ultraman Great" in Japan, & the American made series "Ultraman: The Ultimate Hero", dubbed " Ultraman Powered" in Japan. Both series made & filmed entirely in their respective countries. Great had original monsters. Powered had Americanizations of classic monsters like Alien Baltan, Zetton, Pestar, Red King, etc. The current series is "Ultraman Taiga". Discussion Thread Here: rangercrew.boards.net/thread/764/ultraman-taiga But there's not gonna be an adaptation of Ultraman any time soon. We would have heard about it by now. I co-run an Ultraman fan page on Facebook called Ultra Warrior. And I've got my own original Ultraman I'm working on. Ultraman Great Ultraman Powered

I just saw the Ultra Fictory Victory English dub on blu-ray and it was alright. But nothing new or special about the V-Cinema.
