Not really ultimately both are going to do fine on that day. Plus there has been a couple Netflix marvel shows dropping same day as a marvel film or even DC in past.

Um...no, none of the other Netflix shows were the same day as a film. And I just find it suspicious that after Marvel's disastrous NYCC they're gonna try and take a shot at DC.

I generally do think it's pure coincidence of Punisher debut is the same day JL is released. Not that it matters people have all weekend to watch both.

I am pretty sure we have had a few releases on the same day or weekend of a marvel movie and DC film. I do recall that. And like I said really who cares if they are out same day. As streaming viewing figures and a film box office numbers are two totally different things. Plus I am sure any one going to watch punisher will also see jl. So really both properties will be fine.

Well I finally finished this and... it was boring as crap. It's finally happened: A Marvel Netflix show I didn't like.
The second half got a little better but the first six-ish episodes just draaaaaaged. Those six episodes could have been condensed into one and we wouldn't have lost any relevant plot information.
Bernthal is still great though, and Madani was really cool. Once Punisher, Micro and Madani were all interacting with each other it finally got interesting. And every time Karen showed up it elevated the show to a higher level.

I thought it was a solid show. I liked how they set up micro and frabk. Same thing with how Dinah interacted with them. Also a good set up with jigsaw. There was some brutal kills and what not. And I liked how they handled the matter of Frank psyche.

so season 2 dropped today. Has any one checked it out yet. I so far gotten through 1st episode. So how many weeks do folks think to we get the official word from netflix its over like the other marvel shows.
