We saw both Alex & Jefferson during the crossover event Armageddon after their shows ended.

I don't see why you think Ryan actress won't get work. She was a decent actress I am sure she will find new work be it a show or film or something else. Also no reason to think we can't see her or any one from bat woman cast make a guest spot on flash next season or even superman. Look we seen plenty of cast members from one show appear in another like Alex John and others. Hell look at flash this year they brought back Eddie and ronnie. So no reason any of the bat cast can't appear. It's all depends is said actor schedule open and if there is a story flash or superman wants to use them in.
