Yep! Technically since 1990 since it was New Year's when Vigo was destroyed. In the comics, the guys are still busting ghosts. They just teamed up with Optimus Prime & a new Autobot named Ectronymous Diamatron or Ectotron! They've also teamed up with their RGB counterparts, the Answer The Call ladies, Ghostbusters from other universes and the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles! (TWICE)!
And from the looks of it, the kids are Egon's grandkids! That glow & the contrail is reminiscent of the Answer The Call movie.

Awesome! good to hear that Murray will be back for this current Ghostbusters movie!
i remember when i watched the first Ghostbusters movie, Bill asked the librarian if her family had a history of mental issues then she tell her that her uncle thinks he's St. Jerome then Bill's character takes it as a yes! sorry i don't find a video but i know that the librarian's actress passed away 4 years ago and yes it is a old news

I found out the delay via Instagram. I'm devastated because I was looking forward to seeing it this July and making something Ghostbusters be my computer's wallpaper for that month.

Just really sucks with the lock down a lot of studios delaying stuff for months or up to a year. Would have been great if they had kept it in 2020 with a fall release.

Got home from seeing the film a little while ago. It was very good. Way better then the lady reboot. Jason did very good work with the actors and the story. Good nods and winks to the original films. Egon was a big part to the film even with Harold gone. And I really enjoyed the film.
