Really? I've literally never seen it or any advertising for it on Canadian Nick. Huh...

They launched a new Thomas and Friends show on Nick Jr. I think it's still pretty new.

I think trains are somewhat popular in the UK so ToQer would be adapted for the UK.

Still the matter is us fans and in us trains are not that big of a deal. Vs Europe or Asia areas. And if I was hasbro, I would want a theme that more likely be a better sell and that would more likely be space, animals, and cops and robbers. But hell we are still a long while to we know what will be next series adapted. Heck we still have far to many questions about beast morphers itself.

AlwaysARanger85, just because you didn't like Toqger or like the designs of the suits doesn't mean that they should skip over Toqger again. Yes, you are right that trains aren't as big here in the US like it once was back in the day, but it is still popular among kids these days, just not as big as dinosaurs and ninjas are but still big enough that toy sales wouldn't be an issue. Like others have pointed out, they are still making Thomas the train engine toys as well as a TV show. Heck, I think somewhere, they even still air the older show and movies. And when/if Toqger does get adapted, they could easily do a completely different story plot then what was used in Sentai.

I believe this is major. Hasbro has been trying to rebuild their brand for years. I think they are trying to become the front runners of toys through entertainment. Getting PR was almost a no brainer due to PR still being one of the most popular toys to this day. This was an offer Saban couldnt refuse and hes still an advisor. (I dont think he will be used much) I just hope they get better writers and better actors. This could be a restart to Power Ranger and very different from the Disney purchase reason why?.... Disney has soooo much going on PR wasnt a priority. Now with Hasbro, they are rebuilding so PR could be their baby!!! Look at their line up... Not too much going on. Also Hasbro has their own Allspark pictures and Paramont Pictures for distribution so this could mean PR could be filmed in the US again and have more money behind them. Im very excited about this move and I hope it takes PR to the next level!!!!

The reason I'm not completely sure about ToQger being adapted myself because a couple suits from it have already been used in Ninja Steel, but I'm sure they can try to find a way around that.
And again, I also think saying it's unlikely right now doesn't make sense because, well, Go Busters being adapted after Ninninger was something pretty much everyone agreed was unlikely. Everything is unpredictable right now, and I don't see the point of ruling certain things out.

I can't believe this argument is even happning
Being fascinated with trains (as well as just basically any vehicle) is just a huge staple of american childhood for boys. I've never NOT known a little boy between the age of about 2-5 who didn't like trains. It's just one of those stereotypical all-american boy things.
The argument that because using trains as a means of commute isn't a thing in America means kids don't like trains is just stupid.
And honestly? I have a feeling Hasbro will avoid Kyuranger if they can help it since Bandai of America had a personal hand in it. And I would see a train Power Ranger series than yet ANOTHER animal based one. God knows we have had enough of those.

Hey I never said it couldn't work. I just said there is more likely shows and themes they will adapt after beast over tqger. Like I said just going what have sold well here and what themes have a good marketable and concept. Animals, dinos, cops, ninjas, space is a better concept to go then trains. Could we have a surprise like beast sure. But I feel other concepts would more likely appeal to hasbro.

But again, we don't know what's most likely right now. That's the thing. ToQger is just as possible as Kyuranger at the moment because it's pretty much a fresh start in terms of adapting. We have no idea what the plans are.
For all we know they could just be going back and adapting all the ones Saban skipped before going forward. We can't really say what's likely, because anything is possible. Hasbro clearly has a different vision of things than Saban.

Being fascinated with trains (as well as just basically any vehicle) is just a huge staple of american childhood for boys. This statement is just so hard for me to believe. Growing up? No one gave a sh*t about trains. My younger cousins? No trains. Asking my family and friends what their toddlers would like for Christmas? Spaceships, action figures, the odd hot wheel. Never a single train. And people citing a painfully boring show where the trains have big grey ugly faces as proof kids like them just does not compute with me. Must be a regional thing.

So what happens with Masked Rider and VR troopers

Masked Rider's rights has been unknown for years as it has not been released either on Netflix or on DVD. But as for VR Troopers and Beetleborgs, it is quite possible it is part of the other shows that Hasbro had acquired from Saban in this deal.

I'm still amused that people still want a TQGer or a Zyuohger adaptation. Besides the designs are fugly as hell (more in TQGer, because I can stand blocky mechas in Zyuohger, but TQGer's suits, mechas, and Power-up are visually STD), both series are old, and the series gonna fall a lot of more behind the Super Sentai. Adapting Go-Busters (of course is older than TQG and Zyuoh) IS AN EXCEPTION. This was made because I'm pretty sure the deals with the toys and the buying was planned since months ago. Probably a year. Deals of this kind are not made in a day or a week. That's because the deal with toys and the anouncement of the adaptation are so close one with another, I believe this took months of negotiation, and when everything was sealed the anouncements were made. I'm pretty sure if the buying and the toys' deal wasn't made, Saban would have chosen Kyuranger, and skipping Zyuoh. More toys, better designs and it's a space-themed season, very popular right now with the resurgence of Star Wars, and the success of Guardian of the Galaxy.
