Takes place 20 years after Time Force. After the success of Time Force a new branch was created in Time Force known as Time Patrol a group of Rangers that travel through time to capture criminals who escape through time. In 3015 peace was ruined with the arrival of Gridgerins a group of alien & mutant terrorist that hates peace when both humans, aliens & mutants began to co-exist in peace by attacking a 10th anniversary ceremony of the day the Time Force rangers brought the redeem Ransik to justice. In 3020 the Gridgerins attack once more with monsters & took a time ship to destroy the future the Time Force rangers chase after them only to go missing. Determine to save the earth's future, and find the lost Rangers three recruits take the three Time Patrol morphers, and a time ship that is there megazord, and travel through time to defeat the Gridgerins, save both the future & the time force rangers.

Backstory: The daughter of Jen Scotts & Wes Collins.She was born in 3005, and raised by Jen when the most when she had to return to the future. In 3015 during the Gridgerins attack both Jen & a 10 year old Rini were almost crush to death by a falling piece of the monument till it mysteriously froze in midair only to hit the ground seconds after both Jen & Rini moved away from the spot. Jen & her Rangers discover that Rini has the power to control time due to Jen travelling to the future when she was pregnant with Rini. She enter the academy to be a Ranger along with learning to fight by her mom. Prior to her mom M.I.A along with her rangers she along with two recruits close to her age took the morphers & a time ship to find the missing rangers & defeat the Gridgenrirs.

Extra: Due to Rini being born from two parents from two different eras she is the second child born with a past & future parent.
