They could pretty much keep the same plot and I feel it would still work well over here. The Enter character for here will probably still be a human since the ranger team is smaller. Plus it will probably have a good amount of support characters. Also, I now understand why they're casting martial artists first. This series probably has some of the best fight scenes. Actually, they don't really need to keep the same plot of Go-Busters. I mean, sure. They could adapt some episode plots from the source material, but they don't have to make it like this note-for-note translation of the sentai. We already got that with Wild Force, Samurai/Super Samurai, and Megaforce/Super Megaforce. We don't need that to happen here in the adaptation of Go-Busters. It just needs to have its' own original story. Lightspeed Rescue had an original story in its' adaptation of GoGo-V, as did Ninja Storm, Dino Thunder, S.P.D., Mystic Force, Operation Overdrive, Jungle Fury, RPM, and Dino Charge/Dino Super Charge. None of those had to directly copy and paste everything from the sentai, note-for-note. But yeah, Enter's counterpart...Meh, it really doesn't matter to me if he's human or not. As long as they make his character look interesting to watch and worth remembering in adaptation. Because, so far. The majority of the Neo-Saban era villain-characters....they pretty much suck. The only other villains in the Neo-Saban era that pretty much everyone else remembers are Serrator, Deker, Vrak, Sledge, Fury, Heckyl and Snide, Singe, and just recently....Madam Odious. But everyone else...yeah, they all suck. And they are not even that interesting as characters or memorable to watch at all. They're just so dam.... BOOOORRRRING!!!! Now, for the show casting martial artists and stunt actors instead of stage actors. Meh, whatever. As long as they are working with an actual script that is good and people who know how to direct some really good fight scenes instead of relying so heavily on CGI bullshit, wire-fu, over-the-top slow-motion background explosions, and shaky-cam close-up shots. Then we shouldn't have much to worry about. But the one thing that I really want to see happen in the adaptation of Go-Busters is this....the entire show actually utilizing the whole spy-theme gimmick more often. Because the Go-Busters barely even used it in their own show. We get only two episodes of the characters disguising themselves to distract the various monsters of the week, and one undercover mission episode that introduced Escape's character for the first-time. But that's it. Other than that, we don't see the Go-Busters actually utilizing the whole spy-theme gimmick in their own show. We don't see them hack into top-secret facilities, stealing information or data for the government or anything else that would make us feel like we're watching a superhero take on Mission Impossible or the James Bond franchise. So again...that needs to happen more often in the adaptation of Go-Busters.

I would like a human villian for once. The last good villian was Mesogog. And in a certain way, Tenaya 7. I want a good actor playing the villian, and I want it to be irredemable. I really like Heckyll/Snide, but when they said "he was a good man but it was corrupted", it was the moment I said, "well, f###". It was going so well, until that point...

I wouldn't be surprised if they put in an original villain. Not sure if they're bringing in Enter and Delete. I didn't think this spy theme was gonna work with Saban but I guess it does. I'm still wondering why they waited 6 years after they skipped it to decide to go ahead and adapt it.

Power Rangers has to many irredeemable villains. Redeemable villains work better because they usually have more of a motive instead of just "I want power!" and I think PR could use a break from "World Domination" or "Hurt people" for awhile.

Well with enter being a human form guy for series. We likely won't use any footage of him. So I totally expect to see an All original villain base and likely a power ranger made villain and I am sure we likely end up having a few lack characters too. As power Rangers never really have done the solo villain deal. As for spy theme ya it can definitely work for western audience but be interesting in how they go about it. With the agency they will be working for. Will it be like tf, or lightspeed. And the group they work for works with city or the government doing x jobs.

^^ Most of the irredeemable villians are alien and/or human. I want something like Smithy/Zeltrax. A human with a grudge with the MC. The best thing in the last episodes of Go Busters was the dynamic between Hiromu and Enter. And I like that rivalry between Zeltrax and Tommy in Dino Thunder. For example, I want in Beast Morpher the villian could be a disgruntled former member of the secret organization who was left for dead, or something, and the he met the "virus", which promised him to destroy the organization. For sure, I'm pretty bored that the last PR series had a McGuffin, who is in posesion of the good guys, which the bad guys want to conquer the World.

Well, all I can say is "be prepared!" Once and if you decide to start your personal rewatch of Goseiger and Gokaiger and try to figure out how things suddenly fell apart as soon as the production staff and writers started to immediately abandon the Goseiger footage, weapons, mechs and powers in favor of the damn Space Pirate suits in the next season. Trust me, I had to figure out what was really going on in the mindset of Jonathan Tzachor's production staff and his writers when I started my personal rewatch of both Goseiger and Gokaiger a year ago, and woo-hoo-HOO!!! They may not have thought things through when they started to adapt those two shows into one series. Just like any other company would do when it comes to advertising and selling a product. Especially when they had three years to prepare for the franchise's 20th anniversary at the time. And deep down, they knew it was coming. They knew it was going to happen eventually, but they didn't think things through at the time because of bad management and poor leadership qualities. Seriously....three years of planning, flushed down the drain!!!!

That is why I was so happy when jt was no longer exec producer. He botched stuff so much. Just reread those interviews from the story editor guy.

OK it may may not been note for note. But you have to see where there was so many bad calls and directions.

Megaforce wasn't good. I'm not saying it is. But bringing it up when talking about series that copied the sentai note for note doesn't make sense.
