Tsk, tsk, tsk, tsk!!! What a shame. Now it looks like the future Power Rangers adaptation of Lupin v Pat will have to fix those mistakes by giving the cops more weapons and gear than the phantom thieves.

I agree. It's beyond unfair that the Lupinrangers are taking the Patrangers' zords! Those zords are not useful in retrieving Collection Pieces!

I get that everyone is for equality with each teams power ups and machines. However, keep in mind that there is a bit of a story reason for this. When Noel first arrived, he did mention how the only one meant to get the VS Changers and the Trigger Machines was the Lupinrangers.

If Lupinranger vs Patranger was adapted into Power Rangers, then the Lupinrangers would be portrayed as secondary antagonists due to their obvious lack of respect for the law. |

If Lupinranger vs Patranger was adapted into Power Rangers, then the Lupinrangers would be portrayed as secondary antagonists due to their obvious lack of respect for the law. Like it even matters at this point?! We're still gonna get the same story, but in a slightly different interpretation and being set in either a futuristic timeline or in the present timeline. Oh and the main villains will be written in as "evil space monsters" just like in Megaforce and Super Megaforce and Dino Charge and Dino Super Charge and Ninja Steel and Super Ninja Steel, because that was the Neo-Saban era in a nutshell. Anyways, next wekk is going to be the introduction of the "Space VS Vehicle", and Lupin X's personal power-up form and the return of the ice gangler. |

Awesome! I wish we got to see the Kyurangers team up with the Zyuohgers! You do realize that the Zyuohgers weren't nearly as popular as the Kyuurangers were, right?! Seriously, that is the reason why we had the Kyuurangers teaming up with Space Sheriff Gavan and Space Sheriff Shaider in the first place. Animal Sentai Zyuohger was the least-popular sentai series coming from 2016. And that really says a lot when its' main competitions at that year were Kamen Rider Ghost and Kamen Rider Ex-Aid. |

don't know that Zyuohger was not popular.. i can see why there was no Kyuranger vs Zyuohger. at least i like Kyuranger since it has 12 Rangers and many villians especially that evil octopus chick i now forget what was her name.. Onore that evil blue chick in Lupin vs Pat but i don't care about her very much

I liked Zyuohger! I wouldn't have bought the morpher, four of the auxiliary zords & a Red mask if I didn't.
So why wasn't there a new episode this week???

^ Same here. I think Zyuohger was one of the better post-Gokai seasons including Gobusters and Kyoryuger Brave. Kyoryuger, Ninninjer and Kyuranger had good points but they were flawed and ToQGer was an abomination. Can't judge Lupin/Patren yet until the finale, however it's on track to become better than Kyoryuger, Ninninjer and Kyuranger, except for Patrangers not getting to use their own Trigger Machines. The core 3 haven't actually received anything new since Crane & Drill. Unless we count X Trains, although those are typically used by Noel. He even gets to use Siren Mode as Lupin X while Lupin Red uses Victory Mode. Patren 1 is a red, he should at least get to use Siren Mode!
Something else I noticed about Zyuohger and Lupin/Patren is that I often prefer Komura's episodes to those written by guest writer Arakawa. That's just my opinion though, I think some of Arakawa's episodes in these seasons clash with the atmosphere of the story. It's better when he's a main writer like Dekaranger and Akibaranger.
I did like the stunt in the most recent episode where Lupin Red deployed Siren Striker from the sky. That's something people can attempt to re-enact in Just Cause 4.
As for the pre-emption this week, that's due to a relay race which happens every year, replacing the usual SHT block. It sucks but hey, at least it's not golf, am I right? Zi-O and Lupin/Patren will both continue next week.

^ToQ is ur opinion, dude. I thought it was fine. To me, it had good villains, an awesome 6th, and a story that seemed to know how it wanted to end. Plus I loved the mechs, since Kyo and Nin didn't really have a 'use every mech we have' kind of combo.
What I'm more interested in lately is the pairings for Kyu/LuPat. Here's the pairings I see:
LuPat X will probably be with Commander and Soldier. mainly because they are top authorities (but also to further complicate the 6th of Kyu issue)
For Lupin, Balance and Naga make the most sense right away, as former treasure hunters. Maybe also Lucky, Garu, and Spada to match colors.
For Pato, that leaves Hammy and Raptor for color matching. Stinger as the new resistance head would probably wanna help the cops and Kotaro and Champ would be ready to follow him.

I thought she was equally as annoying as Kagura was in Toqger. Even more annoying than Dax Lo (Overdrive Blue Ranger) from Operation Overdrive. How is that even possible that sentai shows could have far more annoying characters than any other character from Power Rangers?! But, I digress. Aside from the villains, who in my opinion are the real stars of the show, especially General Schwarz, Baron Nero and Madame Noire, the summer movie, the music soundtrack, Akira Nijimo/Toq #6 and possibly Hikari/Toq #4, I really am not a fan of Toqger as a TV show. I just can't stand Right or Tokkachi or Kagura as characters. Mio is kind of bland and colorless in my opinion. But that's about it. Anyways, is the subbed version of episode 39 of Lupinranger vs Patoranger out yet? |
