Ya plus also with Disney already passing do and a new shareholders meeting date locked. I doubt Comcast would likely make another bid. As all signs point to Disney being better deal for fox. But still doesn't mean Comcast couldn't walk away with something like for example the fox regional sports channels, or maybe even sky or something if Disney decided to sell off parts of fox they have to with rsn, or didn't want.

Disney could easily trade Sky or some of RSN to Comcast in exchange for the usage of the Marvel name & the distribution film rights to the Hulk.

would be nice but if comcast/universal wouldnth ave given marvel hulk distributions rights back in past i doubt they would now. But would be great.

Totally Disney is the way better option. As it already been cleared by doj. Fox board is due to vote in 2 weeks. Plus ultimately Comcast would have more trouble passing doj. Plus where is Comcast going to get more funds they are already borrowing money on the bids from lenders as they don't have funds on there own vs Disney has along with better stock options too.

Again like I brought up before. Disney is way better value for stock and cash bid. Along with already cleared with doj. Comcast likely wouldn't make doj clearance. Plus like I said before practically all money Comcast has made from bid isn't from there own cash. But from lenders. So they would owe lenders so much money. On top if also stock worth less then Disney and universal has some major debts right now. No way I forsee them winning or even bother with another bid.
