A new Doctor Who spin-off will be launched on Easter Sunday! Immediately following transmission of Legend of the Sea Devils, BBC sounds will premiere the first episode of Doctor Who: Remnants, an audio series focusing on three female conspiracy theorists who run a podcast called 'The Blue Box Files' which has tracked the TARDIS throughout history. Something is 'redacting' The Doctor's companions from history and it's up to the three friends to uncover the truth behind the redactions and save the universe. A solid special today. It was fun to see the doctor and the family on a seas adventure in the past. The China pirates stuff was solid story and acting. It was cool to see the sea devils again. Though curious to see them with there more retro look. Compared to the 2010s redesign they got. Overall I enjoyed this special. Can't wait for the next one. Sick promo for the next one nice to see the master back, ace a real old companion, was that Kate Stewart too.

It's not just Ace that's back, Tegan (Fifth Doctor companion) is with her too
Editing/Directing/Sound design was utterly shambolic. Bishop saw more action than Yaz. Madame Ching did nothing despite all the media hype, and the other captain saved everyone, even getting a ballsy self-sacrifice. Sea Devils were well thought out, and the duel with The Doctor could have been cool if the camera had stayed fixed on Jodie instead of running scared from her everytime she used a sword.
