The BBC are allegedly disappointed by:

merchandising opportunities not presented as promised (eg"We were promised toy opportunities, and you gave us spikey shouldered grief-junkies! And who's going to buy a Rosa Parks plushy or a bobble head future-racist?!")
consistency of delivery times not adhered to (ie "10 episodes every year, at the same time, every year, for a minimum of three years")

(small "c") conservative overseas broadcasters cancelling orders "sight unseen" because of the female Doctor
a near-total eradication of the young male audience demographic in the UK

scripts being delivered page by page, instead of episode by episode, because none of the complete stories are ready in time, causing needless recreation of sets the team thought were finished with, but pages turn up later, set on the same set

complaints from production staff that Chibnall is so spoilerphobic he won't tell them what they're supposed to be making until it's too late to make sets / costumes / makeup to a remotely acceptable standard.

I'm somewhere between 40-60% on this info and present it purely as "what I've heard from being thrice-removed".

I do not doubt my direct "contact" at all.

Their own contact... I don't doubt their integrity, but I do have reservations as to how close they are to the current team.

Their contact "on the team"... yeah, that's where my "hmm. Let's wait and see." kicks in.

I present this purely as "what I've heard" and "nobody on the team is telling us ¤¤¤¤ all so the void must be filled".

Please don't kick me in the face for presenting what little I know for examination.
