It'd been seven months since SPD's Green Ranger, Flynn Banner, had given up his morpher and moved on. He'd gone back to his former life of gaming tournaments and competitions. He'd started a charity in his mother's name, half of each of his winnings going to the foundation. He'd gathered sponsors and a team, turning to coaching at some tournaments as well as playing in them. The former Green Ranger sighed as he walked off stage after a close game of Tekken 8, having lost by just a few points.
"Damn," he said, running his hand in his hair. He sat down backstage, sighing and stretching. "I got a couple hours before the MK1 tournament. Might find some lunch..."

Opting to call Flynn first, Brooklyn sat in his office and pulled out his phone, scrolling until he found the Green Ranger's contact info and made the call, aiming to get the team assembled quickly.

Wayne found himself near Kestra's Zord bringing her a poptart, he knocked on her Zord door. "Uh Kestra... you in there?" The young man looked around not wanting to just barge in as A5 was flying around his head.

Opting to call Flynn first, Brooklyn sat in his office and pulled out his phone, scrolling until he found the Green Ranger's contact info and made the call, aiming to get the team assembled quickly
Flynn looked over as his phone rang, and he picked it up to see a familiar name. "Brooklyn! What's going on, man? Been a hot minute," he said. "Waht's up?"

Wayne found himself near Kestra's Zord bringing her a poptart, he knocked on her Zord door. "Uh Kestra... you in there?" The young man looked around not wanting to just barge in as A5 was flying around his head.
Kestra looked over, rolling the window down and smiling softly. "Hey, little brother," she said. "What's up?"

"H-hi. I brought this." He showed the pop tart to her.
"He was going to make you something substantial but uh... we font truat him near an open flame unsupervised." A5 giggled seeing Wayne actually trying to get out of his shell.
Wayne had attached himself to Kestra most of all. He'd never had a sibling before but he did look to her as a big sister. They all were kind of like a family to him. Corrie was like an aunt, Paul an older brother, and Lenny... was the mean uncle.
Wayne sighed as he handed the treat. "Being in the run is draining."

Kestra snickered and smiled softly. "Thanks. I was thinking I was kinda hungry," she said. "And don't worry. Next time we stop somewhere with a stove, I'll teach you how to cook. My mom taught me a lot of things, so it'd be nice to get to use those skills again." She took the little package and smiled. "How are you holding up?"

Yawning, Lenny rested his head on his steering wheel. He had been quiet since the fight against Adapt0r and his attempt to leave the team. He looked very tired and his mind was in another place, wondering what was going to happen next and how he was able to keep up with the team.

"Hey man. Yes it has." Brooklyn sighed. "I'm sorry for this. I really wish this was a social call, but I'm afraid it's not. I need you to come in. Not sure of how much you've been keeping up with the news, but there's an issue that's become a big problem."

Wayne sighed leaning against the Zord as he looked down. "Hey.... just cuz we did bad things... doesn't make us bad people right?" The tech wiz kicked a rock over. "Amy... she's treating us like we're murderers... I know people who've done far worse than us... why does she want us dead so bad?" Wayne sighed as he looked at his morpher. "Aren't power Rangers supposed to be the good guys?"

Ken stopped at a gas station just outside the Synchro City limits in the months following their final battle the self proclaimed King became a nomad wandering the country trying to root out DRAGO's corruption and search for Teeanna's family but both these endeavors were a lot harder without SPD's government connections Ken had a small fortune thanks to investing in Flynn's non profit foundation but when the former Green Ranger went back to the gaming circuit Ken decided to go his own way as well so he gave Amy and Brooklyn a phone number to a burner phone he kept with him and a codeword if they needed him to come in

"You mean Amy's new babies running around the street?" Flynn asked. "I've seen reports. Need me to come in and suit up?"

Kestra sighed softly, unwrapping the Pop-Tart and splitting the first one, biting into it. "Oh, strawberry." She leaned back in her seat, looking at Wayne. "We've done things that got us locked up. we were supposed to just be under her and Brooklyn's controls, a Power Ranger Suicide Squad, but they forgot that we've got working brains. She wants us dead because we took her shit, and personally I think she hasn't had any good dick in a while." She looked at Wayne, feeling sympathy for the Green Ranger. "As long as we keep taking down DRAGO networks and cells, that means we're still doing something good. It doesn't matter what Amy thinks or waht the public thinks of us. What matters is that we stick together, ok?"

Wayne nodded as he fidgeted with his fingers a bit. "Yeah... Y-you're not going anywhere right?" Wayne looked up at her. He already wasn't used to getting attached to people but this group was different he was beginning to be accepted. "I think Lenny likes us now... or at least tolerates us. I know Amy is hell bent on bringing us down... do you think the other SPD Rangers would've had the same mindset? I mean... Lenny could've been brought down by the Yellow SPD Ranger... but he sort of still seemed to care about Lenny from what he told us... maybe the others aren't so bad?"

"Yeah. You know how Amy gets with her tech and not only is it stolen but there has still been no word from Joey. I'd much prefer the team bring the thieves in before there's more bloodshed." Brooklyn finished.

Corrie continued to read before getting bored with the book, something she was finding more and more. She tossed the book behind her into the pile of others that she couldn't finish. She leaned back and thought about everything that had happened in recent history. They had come so far, only to still get looked down on.

In Synchro City, Jaguar Baptiste was seen in the cafe, enjoying his life post-SPD. Since his return from London, he had informed some of his teammates about his encounter with Lenny and how the Blue Ranger beat the living shit out of him. When he told Flynn about it, let's just say it didn't go well but Jaguar insisted that he was doing fine. Not only that, he and former SWAT officer, John Rockridge had become official and they had recently moved in together. As he thought about what he planned for the future, he thought about how Lenny was doing, and hopefully, he won't cause any trouble.

Lenny remained silent when he heard Wayne and he sighed. As much as he tried to get used to the team, he still thinks that he might bring the team down for his anger towards Jaguar was still there.
