Ken and Cole teleported behind the others, all of them arriving at the same time. Ken leaned against the wall, folding his arms as he waited for the next talking or anger to be thrown his way.
Kida sighed as she stood up from her chair, looking at the Rangers. "Guys...I want to apologize," she said. "For the attitude and throwing Ken around today." She took a deep breath and sighed, biting her lip. "While you all managed to get victory, things didn't go so well with me...and I let that affect my performance today and let it influence my anger and attitude. I'm sorry, and I'll do better in the coming days."

"Won't be," Kida said. "It was a one-off thing." She turned and put her hand on the monitor. "Now. As kind of an "unwind and reconnect" thing, I had an idea." She turned the monitor, showing "Thank you for your purchase!" on the screen. "That upcoming boxing match. I got us all tickets. Might be a good way to get some of the rust off."
"Sounds good to me," Amara said, looping her arm around Derek's, giving Kida a small smile.
"Sure," Jax said.

"That's cool. But I did promise someone a getaway." Derek spoke up, advising Kida of what he promised to Amara. "I'm down for a boxing match as soon as we get back."

"That we will." Derek smiled. "Guess I'm all in then." Derek declared now that he was certain the boxing match and the vacation wouldn't conflict with each other.

"Ken. I said no wagers. That was like the number one thing I didn't want. You two make them so stupid that you only focus on those and don't do other shit. No wagers. None at all," Kida said, shaking her head. "And I bought the tickets so there was no "I'm paying you back for these. No I'm buying and paying you back!" none of that. I've bought them, got the shit on my phone. Don't worry about them."

With the Rangers going their seperate ways for the day, Derek and Amara even taking a little mini-vacation. What they didn't know was taht the team was about to be completed, and in an interesting way.

Over the next two weeks, and some small battles that the Rangers were able to quickly defeat, the day of the "Fight of teh Century" was drawing closer. The afternoon of the fight, Kida sighed as she sat in the diner in town, picking at some fries as she took a drink out of her tea, leaning back.
"I wish the Red Key would fucking pick," she muttered. "We're running out of time. We can't go without a Red Ranger for long..."

It was the afternoon of the fight and Derek was in an extremely good mood. His vacation with Amara was just what the doctor ordered. Even with everything going on with AXIM and Gasket along with the team not having a Red Ranger, the king of games was acting more and more like his old self every day. He stopped by the lounge, only to find a bunch of the younger kids huddled around the PS5 setup. Upon his entrance, they parted like the red sea so that he could sit down.
"Hiya Derek!" One kid said, seemingly around 6 or 7 years old. "Are you going to play the new Legends game?" Even the younger kids knew of Derek's 'tradition' to play new games that aren't even out yet and 'mistakenly' leave to use the bathroom or get food, leaving others to be able to play those new games. With news of a new Pokémon Legends game following Arceus and Z-A, the kids in particular were looking for the same thing.
"I didn't plan on it. I actually have to..." Before Derek could finish his sentence, the kids began chattering, some begging for Derek to fire the game up. When he saw the 'angry mob' Derek jokingly took off in a mad dash, running from the kids who gave chase throughout the floors of the building. When the Tom and Jerry-sequel Chase went past security on the first floor, the guard raised his eyes briefly before chuckling and going back to playing games on his phone.
