Jun panted heavily and he shook his head, "Yare yare," he spoke to himself before teleporting himself back to the Command Center.

"Thanks. So what's your idea?" Derek asked, seemingly not in the mood for suspense. "Because that's not the only thing we need to fix."

"Don't play dumb, Ken. You know damn well what I'm talking about." Derek pinched the bridge of his nose, already agitated. "Being rusty is one thing. After a year out of action, I'd expect the flow and timing to be off and we'll get that together, but standing around while one person fights isn't gonna cut it. It's like we're begging that damn robot to collect our data and you being a hot head isn't helping matters." Derek briefly addressed his gripes with the team before focusing on Ken specifically.

"You still don't listen and you fly off the handle in battle, making it hard for everyone else. It didn't bother me as much when you were first starting out, but you're not a rookie anymore and it's time you start acting like it.. for all of our sakes." Derek usually wasn't one to scold so heavily but his tolerance for Ken's antics had run out as he wasn't keen on going through another year of this nor did he want the new Red Ranger to inherit this mess.

Ken sighed as Darek reprimanded him I appreciate your candor and I apologize for not being a team player the Blue Ranger began with that being said however unlike you and my bro I can't throw millions of dollars at my problems and make them go away

Hey I didn't ask to be rich or have a potentially evil douchebag of a business partner Cole said clearly offended
and I didn't ask to have my dad back and then lose him all over again so I guess everybody is losing today Ken Accentuated His point by pulling out his Ranger key and slamming it on the command center console Kida and Jax can sever my connection to this thing if you remember I never wanted to be a ranger in the First place with that The self proclaimed King stalked off the conversation clearly over

Kida slammed her hands down on her console, getting up and storming over to Ken, grabbing him by the shirt and throwing him across the Command Center, watching him roll to a stop at Amara and Olivier's feet. "YOU SELF RIGHTEOUS RAT BASTARD!" she yelled, kicking Ken in the chest and pressing her foot down on his throat. "DO YOU NOT REMEMBER THE FUCKING ASSCHEWING ZARA AND I GAVE YOU LESS THEN HALF A FUCKING HOUR AGO, YOU BRAIN DEAD FUCKWIT!?"

"Kida--!" Amara said, reaching for the former Red Ranger.

"That Key chose you. I won't sever it's connection because you're throwing a bitch fit and acting like a fucking two year old!" Kida snapped. "Get up, put that fucking Key back in your pocket. Stop insulting your brother and Derek. We've all lost people, Ken! It happens all over the world every single fucking day! Millions of people die all the goddamn time. You ain't special because your dad died taking the energy for a SUICIDE ATTACK that you and Cole cooked up and programed into MY tech! You're to blame for Kaleb's death this time. Not the EMpire, not Dhazan, not anyone but you. So shut up, GET UP, and stop your fucking bullshit!" She stepped back, grabbing her jacket and teleporting out, heading for the desert outside of town.

Jax sighed, shaking his head. "Ok...now that Ken's been throughouly assaulted and hopefully had his head ripped out of his ass," he said. "The plan, it's something that Cole brought up during their first few days as Rangers. Cole, remember asking if an all-color change was possible?"

Cole smiled wide as Jax brought up him figuring out the Ranger Key technology in the early days of the war with the Tok'ra Empire "I remember that was a big moment for me and that was before a change in the space time continuum gave me millions of dollars to throw around…" The green Ranger sighed "I want to apologize for my part in the whole Kingslayer business I never meant to go behind anyone's back it was a failsafe designed as an absolute last resort if we couldn't beat Emperor Dhazan it might've been Ken's idea but I was complicit in it I don't know how Kaleb found out about it but I have a fair share of blame as well" Cole said "in the future I promise I won't hack the Ranger Key tech without letting everyone know before hand"


Ken coughed as Kida got done brutalizing him picking himself up off the floor and putting his Ranger Key back in his pocket like the former red Ranger suggested staring daggers at Cole as he observed silently
