Forty thousand years ago, the continent of Entemiyo was ruled by five Lords: the Beetle King, Nahelf; the Mantis Queen, Isseo; the Dragonfly King, Lidulok; the Butterfly Queen, Shalho; and the Wasp King, Aressiq. The five Lords governed their own territories in Entemiyo as well as overseeing the continent as a whole, guided by the Entekami, the Gods of Entemiyo. For the Lords, however, peace was not to last.
One winter, a massive stone fell from the Heavens, splitting Entemiyo into its territories, wiping out the Capital of Tristram. The five Lords retreated to their homes, attempting to govern them alone. What the Lords didn’t know was that the stone that fell carried a being from the cosmos. Khumgul, a being from a distant galaxy, had set his sights on Entemiyo, intent to rip it to shreds. The five Lords came together as a unit one last time, sealing Khumgul away.
Now, in present day, Entemiyo is still divided, five lands separated by gaping canyons that kept them apart: Qubuto, the land of the Beetle; Mitute, land of the Mantis; Sowala, land of the Dragonfly; Tetuali, land of the Butterfly; and Chicualo, land of the Wasp. The title of Lord has been passed down, as had the legend of the five Warrior Lords who sealed the evil away, giving them the name “Power Ranger”. Unfortunately, evil always has a way of returning, and the leaders of each land agreed to focus efforts on summoning those that could take up the legendary mantles of the Warrior Lords are lead the five tribes to victory.

From a bunker hidden underground, Ncuti Togawa sighed as he put the finishing touches on his machine. The device was massive, encompassing an entire wall of his lab. Rumors from the far corners of Entemiyo, spreading to the Five Kingdoms, had made the scientist priest start investigating ways to bring “heroes” to his world, heroes to fight off the rising threat of the Nation’s oldest enemy. Starting his search for the heroes he needed, the computers locked onto six signals across dimensions, and he smiled.
“Finally. Now the King Sabers can claim their champions and we can take to fighting Khumgul once and for all. And hopefully…hopefully defeat him for good,” he said. “Harrison Nelson, Xylia Bloodmoon, Terrell Owens, Jaheim Augustine, Alice Ryder, and Dragivoj Mientkiewicz. You are the ones I need.” Tapping his computer, he opened the portal to Crescent City, going after Mr. Nelson first.
Stepping through to another dimension, Ncuti looked around, seeing construction crews below trying to rebuild the city. Looking at his handheld device that was connected to his systems on Entemiyo, he saw it was two years after a climactic battle with a group of dragons calling themselves the “Balaur Syndicate”, and this was the result of their leader, Jukanou, going nuclear and destroying a large part of the city in the final battle, a battle that claimed the lives of the Pink and Blue Mystic Rangers.
Tapping Harrison’s name, the tracker started to function, locking in on Harrison’s signal. The scientist made his way to the street below, following his device.

Across the country in the city of Eaglemere, half an hour outside of Corinth City, Massachusetts, a woman named Xylia Bloodmoon chuckled as she watched her kindergarten students playing in the courtyard at the elementary school where she taught. A former Air Force Pilot, Xylia was also a member of the Wing Squadron Power Rangers, a Governmentally assigned team of man-made Power Rangers, created to combat threats like the Balaur or their own threat, the interdimensional likes of Skeletrix and his companions.
Xylia had been the second Blue Wing Squadron Ranger, replacing Asha DeLuca after the latter was killed facing down Skeletrix. While adjusting to the WS Rangers had been a chore, especially coming in during the middle of the fight, the young woman succeeded, finding her place on the team. Clashing with the Red Ranger, Adrian Airhart, a few times, things had settled down the longer the fight went on. Having hung up her morpher six months ago, the Blue Ranger had returned to her teaching job, finding more joy in having fun with her students.
“Ms. Moon, Ms. Moon!” a young girl said, running up.
“What is it, Katherine?” Xylia asked, kneeling down and getting eye level with the little girl. “Is something wrong?”
“Bobby threw sand at Mary, and now she’s crying because she can’t see! Jimmy shoved Bobby down too!”
Xylia sighed and smiled softly. “Ok. Take me there and we’ll take care of everyone,” she said, standing up and letting Katherine take her hand and lead her across the playground.

Formerly the Pink Mighty Morphin’ Ranger, a color she still hated despite spending the better part of a year in it, she was happy and content to just work on the cars that came through her shop. She got up and wiped her hands on her overalls, going over to the sink and washing the rest of the grease off before drying them and looking at the Honda Pilot on the jacks.
“That thing needs a lot more work,” she sighed. Shaking her head, she walked over and lowered it to the ground, securing it down for the afternoon. “If I get cleaned up, I might be able to meet Courtney at the Youth Center before she leaves for the day.” Going to the back and changing, Alice grabbed the keys to her motorcycle, a customized Harley-Davidson Fat Boy, and walked out, locking the shop before getting on her bike and started it up, taking off across Angel Grove.
