Sounds cool but ya I agree hasbro probably won't have anything to do with it. It will likely end up being a fan thing like jdf white dragon thing. Or that other ranger actors project the order or what ever they been trying to do for a few years.

It'd be interesting on how they will deal with Thuy's/Trini's absence. I don't know what David has written so far, but I would love to see it happen. Besdies, if Hasbro is serious about ditching Sentai and making their own thing, than the making the reunion series shouldn't be a problem.

Sounds neat, but I don't think it gonna fly right now.
Probably if the Jonathan Entwistle "reboot" work, probably new things like this would come. I dunno.

The reboot needs to work, because the current PR cannon kind of sucks right now and the series has not introduced anything special in years - at least plot & story-wise.
If DY's idea will fly, it'll be just a one-time thing anyways.

Super Sentai experimented more than Power Rangers in the last years: Kyurangers with a team of 9 Rangers (even if most of the episodes are RyuuComander choosing a team of 5 among them) and Lupin vs Pat, with two teams of three competing in the entire season. Now, Zenkaiger, which looks like more like a Metal Series like Kabutack than Sentai.
But I don't think the current PR canon sucks. It's just they need to remember how to make a good series, and not catering in the "PR nostalgia" like "remember teenagers with attitude? they are high schoolers again!" or "'member Bulk & Skull? With have another comedic duo this season!" or just "dinosaurs again!".
A reboot is another form of nostalgia. "remember MMPR? Now we are starting again! Teenagers with attitude! Zordon! Alpha 5! Bulk & Skull! But in the 21 st century!".
If this is gonna be an agsty c%@p like "I Am Not Okay with This", pass. That's not the "anything special" this franchise needs.

I think like any shows or films that has a actor or actress that passed away they would most likely write that they either left their group like Paul Walker’s character or have passed away in the show like Sesame Street’s Mr.Hooper. So David might wrote either Trini left or have passed away. |

That's cool. We may not get a TV reunion special following the original cast members of Mighty Morphin' Power Rangers (whether it's just season one or all three seasons, together.) But, we got the next best thing...a new Power Rangers comic book being co-written by the original pink ranger, herself.
