Thoughts on ep 1

Hmm...titles at the front, not at the end. Kind of like Black Widow. Guess it's the new norm at Marvel now.
Nice touch with the Avengers musical giving Clint a bad case of PTSD when 'Natasha' turned up. Also, the play makes use of some artistic licence/revisionist history in adding Ant-Man to the battle.
I thought Kate would have been discovered when she found Simon Callow's character dead, but she got away. Maybe later episodes will reveal the CCTV caught her and that'll leave her with more trouble.
Anyone have a guess as to what the watch means just yet?
The fight scenes were well choreographed and quite brutal for an intergender clash.

Finished off both episodes. Watched ep 1 this morning. And just finished episode 2. I did like how Kate origin was play out. And how her character is. Loved how she saved lucky aka pizza dog. The Rogers musical was pretty funny. And I liked seeing Clint with his kids and he still with his wife and the family. Track suit mafia is interesting. And curious to see what echo is doing with them. I agree the fights where well done. And I loved seeing battle of NY through Kate eyes and why she took a shine to clint. Can't wait to see how the remaining 4 episodes turn out.

David Aja, the artist on the Hawkeye comics that this series is based on, is now being compensated for his work on the book and was acknowledged in the credits. Just finished episode 3. I liked seeing Maya back story and her tied to the tracksuit. Plus why she is after the ronin. Her scenes where cool. And I lol the tracksuit base was a old kb toys. The fight scenes again was good and the car chase was wicked too. And I like how late finally name the dog. Question in the comics does Maya have a missing leg like the actress?

Last week episode was pretty good. Liked seeing Clint and Kate working together to get the watch. And more with maya. Same either getting Yolanda at the end. Was a good fight.
Now on to episode 5. Was a nice Yolanda episode showing where she was after black window film and what happened to her and her getting blip and finding out nat is gone. I liked her interactions with kate. And Clint trying to end thing with maya and telling her it was her boss that caused the death of her dad. And woo for the reveal of the big man at the end. Can't wait to see what happens in last episode.
