Just finished watching episode one. Very good start to the show. I like get the start with Sam and Steve endgame talk. And going into the memorial for steve. It was very cool seeing Rhodey right off the bat too. The opening Arial fight was well done action scene. Was fun seeing batroc back.
Bucky stuff was good too. With him getting pardon and trying to make amends from when he was with hydra. The flash smashers seem like an interesting group. And curious to learn more on what they are after and how they have powers. And interesting ending episode with John walker reveal as new captain america.

Bucky’s scenes felt like the Netflix shows to me.

It did have that feel. And shows minus extreme blood and sex scenes the Netflix guys could work on Disney plus with some tweaks of course. But we still have no real clue what marvel planning for those characters and if we will see them in upcoming projects if any of the actors will be asked back. Beyond the rumors of cox in no way home and Jessica/matt possibly in she hulk.

Episode 2 was good. Shows now becoming a bit more of a buddy cop series now that Sam & Bucky are together. It is nice to see John Walker isn't a complete douchebag like I thought he be just a rival now after Bucky antagonizing him. We also got Battlestar which is cool. We of course do get one of the more controversial Cap lore with Isaiah Bradley's appearance. He's change to being around The Korean War but his treatment from the US government remains the same. We also get Eli as well who may or may not become Patriot if we get a Young Avengers movie. One thing that's flabbergastly is Zemo has apparently still locked up. I mean nice that he's not behind the Flagsmashers but still with how the world was in chaos during The Blip you'd think he'd escape.....Unless he WAS blipped

Episode 3 becomes a tech-noir for a bit. We get more insight on Zemo as we learn he's loaded & that he's actually a "Baron", We also see what Sharon's been up to & I can't help but feel like this is a meta statement given she just vanished after Civil War.

Another X-Men nod in today's episode...as Bucky, Zemo and Sam travel to Madripoor!

Just finished watching the episode. A good one today. Was nice seeing more of zemo. And finding out he been in lockup since civil war still. It was interesting to see more of his history and how he got the mask. Also what has happened to his country now. Same with more on the flag smashers. I really enjoyed seeing Sharon again and her working with the guys. And interesting end cameo of ayo meeting with bucky.

Just finished episode 4. A solid episode. I like the scenes with bay and bucky. It was cool seeing that scene with how their deprograming went for him. The scenes with karli and Sam where good also. To see more what make her tick and why she doing things. But of course walker had to ruin it all. And hot dam karli killing Battlestar and then walker killing one of karli guys that was brutal.

Just finished today epiaode. A solid one today. Love the fight with falcon and solider against walker. With them taking the shield back. It was interesting to see the government strip walker his rank and title but letting him go. Did not expect to see Contessa be the big cameo. Solid actress to play her too. I wonder if she will be good or bad. Leading to a new hydra or maybe she creates the thunderbolts with someone else. The scene with Sam and Bradley was also another good scene. And the scenes with bucky and Sam where good too.

God this one was boring
Anything but Sam and Bucky save this show from tediousness when it comes down to the personal stuff
Nice to see you Selina Myer
In some ways, it feels very much like a finale episode, but then you remember that Karlie and the 'Smashers are still out there, and ready to show their hand, so you wait patiently for that to kick off.
The slice of life stuff is the least interesting things about Sam and Bucky, I much prefer their characters in action and scenes that drive the thrust of the narrative tension. Training with the shield was pretty good as was the talk between Sam and Bucky. I think we need the montage song from Team America playing while Sam gets in shape also.
Overall, things happened, but a large chunk of it became filler. You could easily chop this down and add it to the finale runtime if needed.
And FFS, enough with the BLM s*it.

A good calm before the storm. Isaiah story is tragic (though not nearly as bad as the comics) & it's nice the show finally addresses this elephant in the room for the people in the back since episode 1 (Let's not pretend here. The Racism has been an underlying theme since the end of episode 1). It does feel like the end for Bucky since he's gotten closure so we'll have to see how he get's drawn back for the finale. As for what's in the case it's obviously going to be his Captain America uniform.
As for speculation on the future with Zemo in Wakanda now we might see him again for that "World of Wakanda" show or whatsit. As for John he might get his teeth kicked in by Bucky before Contessa puts him on the call for a new team...Dare I say a team where Justice Strikes.....Like Lightning.

Next you’re going to say that the minute MCU X-men premieres. I mean to be fair that most definitely wouldn't work with the X-men. Oh sure they're an allegory of racism but end of the day the majority of them are a bunch of white people with superpowers & the racism aspect is very surface level at this point so trying to put something akin to BLM or SAH on them would feel tone deaf to say the least. Like Magneto's whole Holocaust survivor is really the only one that still stands but we don't really have any Big name X-men that are PoC (Yes Storm sure but most of her story involves her being seen as a goddess by most) to do these bigger ones unless you decide to race swap them for the rebooted films. EDIT: I apologize to the mods in advance. If this broke any rules regarding discussion on politic then I'm very sorry if this kickstarted something ugly.
