Nolan was relieved to hear Finley's voice and knowing that Manx and Storm were OK as well. "Good to hear your voices guys. Now, I don't know about you guys but Zeo and the freakshow are gonna comb this city trying to find us. We aint got much time. What do we do?" Nolan said as he started to grow concerned.
"We need to regroup and come up with a plan. Where are you guys?" Finley asked.
"We're at the Command Center ruins." Joey said in response.
"Okay. Stay there. We're coming to you!"
"How? That bus doesn't look like it can make up these mountains." Memphis chimed in.
It was silent for a moment until that silence was broken with Storm saying something in the background. "Don't worry about that. We'll make it. Just sight tight." Finley responded.
"Okay. We'll see you soon." Joey ended the communication. "Okay guys. We have a bit of time. So.......fuck!" Joey looked into the sky, catching a glimpse of a large ship in the sky. "They found us."
The trio of Zeo, Garland, and Xavier teleported inside of the Command Center mere feet away from the Rangers.
"How?" Joey was a bit surprised, hoping to have more time to catch their breath.
"It wasn't difficult." Zeo responded quickly. "Given recent events, you weren't going to a place that was heavily populated and this is the only place that you could possibly go that wouldn't put any other lives in jeopardy."
Xavier walked around the Command Center, slowly surveying all of the damage. He felt his heart sank as he recalled stories of how the Turbo Rangers failed to defend the Power Chamber, resulting in its destruction.
Garland on the other hand was out for blood. They had the Rangers dead to rights and now was the perfect time to finish them. He aggressively moved in the team's direction but Zeo held up a hand, silently ordering him to stand down, to which he did....albeit reluctantly.
Zeo slowly walked over to the shattered energy tube which once held his father for years. "This place, although mostly destroyed is still sanctuary. I have no desire to kill you all here and stain these hallowed floors with the blood of those who perverted the morphin' grid."

Nolan's blood ran cold as he turned to see Zeo, Garland, and Xavier. "That's one thing that we could agree on. This being holy ground." Nolan said as he looked into the eyes of Xavier. "This is where it all started. The formation of Earth's first team of rangers and also your hatred for them." Nolan said as he saw Zeo looking at the energy tube that once held Zordon. "Zordon. Eltarian. Father figure and mentor to many but most importantly, he was "your" father. That's why you hate rangers. You feel that they took your father from you. Leaving you to grow up without his love and his watchful eyes as you grown and you didn't get that and I'm guessing that you had hope that your father was gonna return and everything would be better again until the day he sacrificed himself to purify the evil's across the galaxy at the time. Rita, Zedd, Machine empire, Divatox, Dark Spectre, Astronema. That day, you swore you'd become strong. Become an elite Eltarian. And when that time came and you got your orders, you knew that you were gonna have your revenge. But something happened. Because at first, you didn't wanna kill us, you just wanted to strip us of our powers and imprison us. Something changed. I take it when you disappeared, your superiors found out the truth about Storm and our team and I take it they relieved you of your mission. Said it was no longer required. Then you snapped. You were so close to exacting sweet revenge you could have tasted it. So you struck out. Killed anyone who stood in your way. You even twisted fellow rangers, gave them promise of retribution and to bring back their fallen partners. Even promised a fallen ranger so struck with guilt and sorrow that you told him that you can bring back his loved one. Which leads us to the here and now." Nolan said as he started to put the pieces of the puzzle together

"Blue Ranger. As always, your attempts to show off your self-proclaimed mental prowess falls just short." Zeo sighed. "I don't hate them. I didn't hate any Rangers. Yes, you all are responsible for taking my father away from me but I was always assured that his life paled in comparison to the greater good and that is what I lived by for all of these years."
Zeo walked closer to the shattered energy tube, picking up a piece of the shattered glass, holding it in his hand. "My message was clear. I hated the perverted way in which Commander Jack Storm exploited the power that my father spent thousands of years protecting from impurity." He said, correcting the Blue Ranger.
"My father did return and that brief time we shared was wonderful. I was already training with Xavier to become of Eltar's Elite under the watchful eye of Maximillion. The day Dark Specter attacked Eltar and took my father away from me is the day I vowed to become strong so nobody could take my family away from me ever again. If I had my way, I would have joined the crusade Andros and his team underwent at that point but I wasn't ready."
Zeo placed the glass back inside of the shattered tube, looking up and envisioning his father inside during what he imagined were more peaceful times. "Revenge was not on my mind. When Andros shattered my father's other energy tube, I was heartbroken like any other child who loses a parent but there was no other way." Zeo allowed a tear to drop from his eye. "The best thing I could do to honor my father was to become the best warrior this universe has ever seen and I did just that. I accepted every mission all across the galaxy, honing my skills and garnering a reputation. I always kept an eye on Earth and it brought me joy to see the tradition of the Power Rangers continued in a glorious way, even if I wasn't quite pleased with teams such as Lightspeed Rescue and the future Time Force, I accepted it because those were literally a thousand years apart. I admittedly was agitated with Operation Overdrive for similar reasons but I let it go for it was a one time occurrence and those powers were never used again."
"My forgiveness ran dry upon seeing the likes of Lightning Sting, Halo Dynasty, and SPD... all of which created under the same Earth government umbrella, spear headed by the same man, all of which continued to be used after the threat was vanquished for matters that did not threaten the Earth! My anger grew to see Morphin' Grid used like a common whore to serve the needs of a country."
Zeo slowly turned to face the Rangers, placing both hands behind his back. "Upon my arrival to Earth, your powers weren't even in play. My only goal was to bring Storm to justice for crimes against the grid but like any good criminal mastermind, he has loyal followers. I did not wish to kill Brooklyn Turner that day for he was manipulated by Storm to serving faithfully so that he may redeem himself for his atrocities as Vexacon. Killing Tommy Oliver was one of the hardest things I've ever had to do. He was a legend among the stars but his mind was polluted and ending him was the only way to set him free but none of us heeded that fatal warning. Even those who were not privy to this planet's activity.... Paulus, Ariston, the alternate Karina, the alternate Dynasty Drive team... you Gold Ranger, all of you fell victim to the message of a treacherous man."
"You are correct about one thing Blue Ranger. Something did change. The elders did step in and attempt to halt my righteous mission and yes I snapped. I snapped back to reality. I realized that they also didn't understand and they were too weak to do what needed to be done and that type of weakness will not be enough to purify the Morphin' Grid so they had to be eliminated just like anyone else who stood in my way."
"As for Julian Michaels, my promise was legitimate. I would have brought back his loved ones had he been successful but like the Elders, like Tommy Oliver, like Kenneth Fitzgerald, like Brooklyn Turner, Amy Corday, Christian Bloom, and all of those blind worshippers at your Delta Command, they were all weak and weakness will not longer be tolerated!"

"Never said I was the one with the mental aptitude. I'll correct you on that. As far as Storm goes and the government. He was at the wrong place at the right time and now we know the truth. Now we can finally seek justice upon those that framed Storm. However, the way we seek justice is through a trial with the people convicted guilty by a jury of their peers through evidence and investigation. You on the other hand, you appointed yourself judge, jury, and executioner and I nor my teammates can stand idly by and allow that to happen. You say that Tommy, my predecessor, and all the other fallen ones. You claim they were weak. They weren't weak. Not by a long shot. They believed in the good of humanity. They believed in the humility, understanding, compassion, hope, humbleness that humanity stood for. Your father believed too and so do I." Nolan said with passion in his words.

While Zeo and Nolan talked back and forth, Daniel took a subtle observation on Garland and Xavier. While the former was eager to finish them off, he noticed a change in the latter that he never thought to see. Whatever happened with Zeo must've affected him the most, which almost made him wanting to ask the Violet Guard about it.

"Wrong again. We all know that Storm spearheaded the roll out of those three Ranger teams. Pay attention." Zeo corrected Nolan. "And I've seen your justice system and it's worthless." Zeo scoffed. Hearing the Blue Ranger continue to talk was beginning to annoy him as to him, Nolan sounded as weak and naive as those he put down.
"Your words are hollow. You all don't understand and now things are crystal clear. The five of you are just as guilty as Commander Storm!" Zeo turned on a dime, walking until he was about a foot away from Joey's face, locking eyes with the Red Ranger.
"Consider this my final act of mercy. You may consider this your last sanctuary. I did not take pleasure in slaying those gullible souls. But the five of you... I'm going to take away everything you hold dear and when the bodies of the fallen are littered all over this planet and the fire in your eyes has been extinguished. Then.. and ONLY then will I end your miserable existence except this time.... I will enjoy every last second."
Getting the last word, Zeo, Garland, and Xavier vanished with their ship taking off soon thereafter. Memphis noticed something with Xavier's hand but opted to not speak on that at this very moment as they clearly had a lot to take in.
Joey looked up, watching Zeo take his leave. He had heard similar things from other villains during his many years as a Ranger and as a government agent but this time is the first time that he actually felt uneasy, knowing Zeo was up to something big.
"That was fun..." Joey's voice trailed off with his voice dripping with sarcasm.

"I'm just gonna remember to keep my mouth shut." Nolan said as for the second time to defend his friends and his allies, he fails. He shakes his head before he goes to clear his head.

Once the Guards left, Daniel allowed himself to breath through his nose before glancing at his Blue comrade. "Not to worry, Nolan. You did your best." He assured proudly before looking at the others' direction, rubbing his chin as he pondered long and hard on his observation and Zeo's words. After a minute, the Silver Ranger spoke out, "I see a change in Xavier that I cannot help but think. Normally he'll be happy to help Zeo, but for some reason it's different. Like he's now feeling melancholic."

"I'm just gonna remember to keep my mouth shut." Nolan said as for the second time to defend his friends and his allies, he fails. He shakes his head before he goes to clear his head.
"There's nothing wrong with speaking up." Joey said, offering some encouragement. "You've just gotta know your audience. For every Ito there's at least 10 Zeo's. Keep your chin up."
"So what now?" Memphis asked. "I know we're not just going to sit here and wait for Zeo to pick us off."
"Hell no. As soon as Finley gets here, we'll get down to business." Joey said while finding a seat.
Around half an hour has passed and another ship landed in front of the Command Center ruins but instead of it being the Eltarians, the ship descending upon the team was the Astro Megaship belonging to Andros. Once the ship landed, the door opened and out came Commander Finley, flanked by Dr. Manx, Commander Storm and Andros, all appearing to be safe and mostly unharmed. The Red Ranger stood up, relieved to see friendly faces.

When Finley arrived with the crew, Nolan grew a smile from ear to ear when he seen Andros come off the ship. Nolan made a bee line towards Andros. "Man, aren't you a sight for sore eyes. Jenn, look who's here." Nolan said as he greeted Andros with with a handshake.

Daniel was relieved that Commander Finley, Dr. Manx, and Commander Storm arrived. Along with them, Andros was here as well. "Glad you're all here." The Silver Ranger greeted as walked over to them. Then he shook Andros's hand and smiled, "And it's good to see you again, Andros."

Andros nodded, shaking both Nolan's and Daniel's hands, relieved to see that the Rangers were still standing. Upon seeing Jennifer, he walked over to her, stopping short of an embrace and smiled.
"Hi, Jenn."
Dr. Manx shared a brief embrace with Memphis who she had just seen moments before Garland's onslaught. After what they had just talked about, she was happy to see that he was still in one piece. "It's good to see you!"
"Likewise. I'm glad you're okay."
Commander Finley pulled Joey into a quick hug with each man expressing joy over the other still being alive. Upon releasing the embrace, Joey looked over to Commander Storm and the two shared a nod. While Storm was not big on emotions, something as simple as that nod spoke volumes for the pair who has spent nearly 15 years fighting together.

Jennifer watched in silence as the Astro Megaship landed. She smiled in relief as Commander Finly, Dr. Manx and Commander Storm each stepped off the ship. Her breath caught in her throat when Andros appeared last. She stood frozen as he walked over and stopped in front of her. When he said hello she just stared at him before doing the most unexpected thing - she slapped him across the face. "That's for not letting me know that you're alive," she said angrily. Before Andros could say anything she suddenly burst into tears and threw herself at him, burying her face in his shoulder.

Before Andros could say anything she suddenly burst into tears and threw herself at him, burying her face in his shoulder.
Andros knew that the team was aware as to why he couldn't reach out to them but thanks to years of Ashley and Karone getting him to better understand the emotions of a woman, he quickly rubbed his jaw and wrapped his arms around Jennifer, allowing her to let out nearly a year of frustration.
Once all of the greetings and raw emotions were out of the way, it was now time to get down to business. "Okay guys, time to get to work. We need to figure out what the hell our plan of attack is going to be." Commander Finley spoke up.
"I have an idea for that. Everyone follow me." Andros said with everyone following him to the Astro Megaship. Once inside, he led them to the war room where the five Rangers, Storm, Dr. Manx, and Commander Finley all sat at the round table to discuss their plans moving forward. "Clearly this is moving into universe territory and I have a feeling that we'll need all the help we can get. For that reason, I thought it'd be best to bring in some extra brains."
Andros turned on the large screen in front of the round table and several familiar faces appeared on screen from their respective locations. "Most of you already know these people but for those that don't, we have King Trey of Triforia or the Gold Zeo Ranger, The Phantom Ranger, Zhane the Silver Space Ranger....and my brother in law, Dex of Edenoi..otherwise known as the Masked Rider, and Master Eubulon of the Kamen Riders."
All of the guests greeted the team on the other side. For Joey, seeing these heroes was nothing new as he'd met them all at least once before but the gravity of the situation was clearly magnified for him as it was extremely rare to see all of these big names on the same screen at the same time.

After the team's reuniting of each other, Nolan like the others followed Andros in to the Astro Megaship. Nolan was in awe as he walked inside the same halls as the Space Rangers and Galaxy Rangers had once before as did the select red rangers from the past to fight the last of the Machine Empire. Nolan pulled up a seat as Andros commanded everyone's attention as he brought up several figures on the screen. Nolan couldn't believe who he was meeting over video. "I'm speechless. I am honored not only to be on the megaship but to be amongst this panel of legends. It's incredible." Nolan said nodding his head in respect.
