What does I zombie have to do with anything. It's been awhile since that show ended. And as for arrow spinoff I can see the issue with network answering it fate. Due to the pandemic and it series has affected what is and isn't moving forward for network.
Plus counting where most shows are shot la, atlanta, Vancouver shows not sure when they can film and when they can how different filming will be. So even if we don't get show aired during upcoming year could always be delayed. And again held over to following year. And maybe just have a new setup episode within flash or legends.

Have you not seen the ratings? Supergirl has been canceled after this year Batwoman is probably done after this year as well. The flash and legends’s ratings aren’t doing that great.
