Plus arrow has been sticking to the more human and tech based foes. And monitor is a cosmic guy. If he was to stick around maybe over on supergirl.

It be cool to see him return in some fashion. And since the show he in currently doesn't film in area. It be odd for him to just be there for set visit.

The actors where not filming in chicago. They took some location shots of Chicago that will be used for plate shots of gotham. The actors are still all in Vancouver for main shooting

Also with meta tech floating around earth 1 now. If gotham, batwoman, is from Earth 1. Maybe his powers will be from a meta tech like spin was recently on flash and cicada. Though we still don't know which earth batwoman and her gotham will be based on. I still feel it's likely be supergirl earth. As gotham and batman have had more nods still there then earth 1. Also with lady characters focus on supergirl seems best earth to set her up on.

More than likely Batwoman is from Supergirl's Earth. Especially since Jimmy did mention "Clark's Vigilante Friend".
