Who said the movie was going to be mm again Because that's the only one the public give a s*it about The cynical me thinks the same, the general public only care about MMPR. Also, the cynical me believes that exploiting MMPR, which had a movie that failed, a short toy-line without gimmicks, and making a what? an animated series about MMPR? Another movie? The people gonna get tired faster than Power Rangers hardcore fans with Dinosaurs. If fans said a couple of months ago "oh, sh1t, here we go again" with the reveal of Ryusoulger, and Dinos, the nostalgia with "normies" about MMPR gonna dry very soon. Not complaining. Transformers catter about nostalgia too, and G1 are the baby of Hasbro. But Transformers can have the luxury of having other toylines and series, than hardcore fans don't watch (or don't care) like Rescue Bots, or toylines without a single animated series, movie or comic, like Shattered Glass (where the Autobots are the "bad guys" and the Decepticons are "the good guys", like Mirror Universe's Star Trek). G1 Transformers have, like, 40 toys between Autobots, and Decepticons, Minibots, Maximals, Predacons, whatever. I don't think there is so many in MMPR, or something to justify a movie and/or animated series. But I disagree. Transformers is more iconic than Power Rangers. They could make WforC: Siege, and now catter a new toyline (It's Optimus! But instead of being a truck it's now a cybertronian Truck!). I dunno, if you can redesign the Red Ranger, like 17 times, like Optimus. They at least, should try the Coinless World, from the comics, but even so, the normies don't watch that-

Ya this been discuss for awhile now. Personally come on you really think hasbro would buy the ip. To just do 2 TV shows and that it. Disney was going to. Another example is TNT. Bought up Babylon 5 to allow JMS to make his final season and the TV Movies...then they meddled with the spin-off Crusade and axed it. And Hasbro aren't going to officially state anything. That's not how this works. We've been over this. Disney didn’t buy Power Rangers. They bought Haim Saban’s shares in Fox Family which included the entire Saban Entertainment library. Power Rangers was essentially a stepchild Disney didn’t want and kept trying to get rid of. Hasbro actually wanted Power Rangers. There’s a big difference.

which is why i cant see them ending doing live action show only after 2 series that doesnt make any sense. Plus like i said before with a big anniversary coming in 2 years why would you end it. Plus as we seen with financials hasbro spent for bm was only 40 million between the 2 seasons. Which is pretty on par with what disney/neo saban was doing. So really i cant see money being a issue. With all the brands they have i am sure they have plently of money to spread around. Now sure would be cool if we got a animated show. But i wouldnt want a animated show taking over live action show.

Yet, no confirmation for "PR is ending the next year". I'm more interested in the streaming part: they gonna end the partnership with Nickelodeon? They gonna jump straight to Netflix, or to another streaming service? That could be interesting.

Well I wouldn't say it's 100% confirmed. As we heard in past they want so and so. Again I wouldn't mind a cartoon shoe. But I wouldn't want that over continuing in live action firm on tv. I would want to have both. As clearly tv budget isn't that bad for hasbro. And I see no reason it couldn't still go. And also have a cartoon too. So you get more bang for your buck.

If they did end the partnership with Nick... and went to streaming... I don't know who would be the best fit. Netflix? Crave? Disney+? Other? Who would want to partner in making Power Rangers from scratch with Hasbro? It would mean ditching the Japanese portions and going straight to all original footage... not a bad thing... just expensive.

well it wouldnt be disney as disney is only using what is owned by disney brands and all. Same i wouldnt expect hulu either as disney owns like 60% of hulu. It would most likely be netflix as netflix has the whole franchise there already. Though with streaming i dont know how viewers wise affects pickup and ending vs regular tv with live/delay viewers and all. So i still rather it be network as it has more chance to lasting longer then just a streamer. Look at how many cool and exiting shows some of these streamers got and are popular but they can it after 1 or 2 seasons. I rather stick with nick(and work on better schedule flow) and get a 2/3 year pick up up front. So we know oh hey 2 series(not 2 seasons of 1 series) are at least locked in to happen.

... not a bad thing... just expensive. It’s not expensive, most shows do it all the time. Especially if they’re only airing 20 episodes a year
