Considering you can barely see her in the new scans, i doubt she's gonna get her amazing arc. Hope i'm wrong.
I also saw some Kyuranger fanboys saying "Ha, i told you it was only a matter until she get a chance to shine. Now you have no reason to complain anymore, haters". Yeah, even if she get a strong episode, it's not gonna chance the fact she was invisible for most of the show so try again XD
Same thing for Spada, Garu and Hammie. We're already in the 30s, so good luck to do something with them that will make them useful until the end of the show XD.
I know people think the reason why she wasn't used so far was because of her Ranger Suit, but that doesn't explain why she barely say or does anything when she's not fighting...

It's being reported that (spoiler for the Stinger movie) The movie references an upcoming plot in which Champ is brainwashed by Jark Matter. (The "main" plot ie Stinger falling in love with and trying to save Mika Retsu, is set at the time of episode 16 but some of the story takes place in the present day) If that's true: it should be starting soon, although it feels like it would be rather repetitive right after having Naga join Jark Matter |

In the 30s? 31 just aired, no need to exaggerate. But yes they did deserve more focus. Luckily Raptor's concern with Orion will probably lead to them getting the big combo mech with a new version of the ship. |

You can play on words or use the "you're exaggerating" card if you want, at end of the day, it's still 31 episodes where they barely did anything, and giving them something now won't change the fact they were pointless for most of the show  |

Hammie had like 2 focus episodes and one focused more on Lucky than her. Spada is sharing with Raptor but hasn't had his own episode for us to focus on. Garu had a couple (maybe 2 from the top of my head) but they never strengthened his character. Raptor, Spada, Garu and Hammie need some more love from the writers.

To me this is a major problem writing wise when you have a group larger then 6 or 7 max. Certain characters in the red for example gets all the focus. And then others get limited focus or used so sparse it's like why they even make the character. That is why I rather stick to the 5 to 7 size group. So focus and development can be utilized more evenly.

I'm a bit affraid Hammie's role in the Dark Aga was meant to be her big role. Same for Spada with his few episodes with Tsurugi.
Garu is the most dissapointing. He have one of the most solid backstory of the show but he's nothing more than Lucky's pet...
And i don't buy the "there's too much character". It's just poor writting. They always focus on the same characters all the times. They did a good job with Naga and Balance by making them interisting outside of their focus episodes, they had plenty of time to do the same with the others.

^ You mean the white form that looks like Champ? I thought that was another prototype? I'm a bit affraid Hammie's role in the Dark Aga was meant to be her big role. Same for Spada with his few episodes with Tsurugi. Garu is the most dissapointing. He have one of the most solid backstory of the show but he's nothing more than Lucky's pet... And i don't buy the "there's too much character". It's just poor writting. They always focus on the same characters all the times. It could actually be, she didn't do much in that arc did she. Balance was the one who came through so many obstacles to get his best friend back and what did Hammie do? But we have less than 20 episodes (not accurate just an assumption) maybe we'll end up seeing her true arc or just watch her fade into the background once again. Garu had a good past only to become Lucky's pet. That's a huge shame. They could have done a lot with Garu and his thirst for vengeance for his people against Jark Matter. We could've explored Raptor's past a little more. (All we know is that Tsurugi designed the original raptor) and that she's from Planet Rebllion. Spada we know nothing of. at. all. We thought Raptor had it worst...Nope! Spada had no episode to him whatsoever. You forget he's there. With Raptor you're very aware not only because she gets ignored and because of MAO but you're waiting for her to have her big moment and kick ass. At least that's with me. |

Honestly, she did nothing. But considering the synopsis and the preview focused on her, i wouldn't be surprised if it was her big moment, especially since the writters don't care about her,
They mentionned Garu's backstory like twice since the first episode, and it was always treated as a joke... Cause your whole race being killed by Jark Matter is sooooo funny.
I never forget Spada is there cause he fight a lot more than Raptor and his actor is pretty good. And yeah, i feel the same about Raptor. The character have potential so you expect something from her.

Raptor, Spada, Hammie and Garu have so much potential only to be shoved in the background. I get that Bandai wants more toys to sell, more money for them. But the growing size of the team is a mistake in my opinion. It's hard enough giving 5 rangers focus, we have 12 rangers (probably 13 or more) and nearly half of them are fleshed out. While I think we'll see more for Garu, Raptor, Spada and Hammie, they just feel so hollow and forgettable and the show is doing a good job with fleshing out certain characters. Just wish the writers remember these characters exist. |

Look like Shou will be mentionned next week. It’s sad, but after seeing the scans, it doesn’t look like they’re not gonna make a big deal of his return. It’s been a while since his last focus episode and they barely give him funny scenes like in the first part of the show  |
