It never made sense to me why the Zeo powers were essentially abandoned, and I didn't really buy that Kat's Zeo Ranger 1 costume lost its power and disappeared when she hit the water. Tommy puts it best in Joe Rovang's parody of the Turbo movie:
"Actually, this is kind of a let down. We just went from being powered by the most powerful object in the universe to being powered by cars."

The Zeo Crystal was in fact one of, if not, the most powerful artifact in the universe, so I doubt Kat's impact during her fall destroyed her powers. the Zeo powers was the first set of powers NEVER to be destroy and arguably the most powerful set of ranger powers. All that set and build of the Zeo Crystal to replace it with cars??? AAHHHHHHHHHH!!! -_- It was all about marketing when it came to the transition between Zeo and Turbo, but I'll get more on that in my overview.

I dont read all your episode reviews cause I just dont have time but I do read the Overviews.... Couldnt agree with you more. Metallic Armor was a waste of life, time, space, film, and anything else you can think of. But I have to disagree... Adam is one of my favorite rangers. He has some of the best non morphed action scenes. Rocky & Kat were boring though. Kat was TERRIBLE!!!!!

The "Master Vile and the Metallic Armor" trilogy were among my favorite episodes of season 3, though not because of the Metallic Armor. That was, as you said, a waste of life, time, space, film, and anything else you can think of. Heh. I liked it because of how intense it was ... the Blue Globbor was no joke. Master Vile was nasty evil, and it's probably best that he didn't stick around because for all we know, he would have become as ineffectual as Rita and Zedd (and later, the Machine Empire).
The stakes were high, and the zord battles in particular were amazing. For the first time in the series, we had two Megazords together onscreen. And there was that COMPLETELY badass moment in the final act when the zords returned to the darkness of downtown Angel Grove.
