Plus since no episodes have Aires uet. We really can't tell what be what morphed footage wise about how the two teams screen time be. Plus really doesn't matter what sent story is compared to us adaption could be vastly different. But the whole theme of cops Ala tf or spd, vs Robin hood type thiefs. Is still a fairly easy to adopt to western fans.

Just judging from scans and information posted before, they'll fight and also team up. It's basically a frenemy situation.

The real question is which of these two red rangers will this show be following, next year?! One of them is going to be the main star of the show and the other is gonna be as a second banana character. You don't know that for a fact. They could have equal focus...

I could see this as a prequel to SPD.

I can't really see that as As a spd prequel as going by footage we would adapt got nothing that similar to spd stuff. Beyond the police force motif. Plus as we know from spd season as it was set in 2025. With the Foundation of the organization was already in the works since early 2000s after tf team left to go back to there time.

Well it could be like ninja storm or tf where they have there fair share of focus. But again to there is footage hard to know who be the main red and who is the secondary red. Plus like I pointed out what ever they end up doing. Ultimately doesn't matter for a possible us adaption. As we would only use what ever morphed footage is usable to us syory. On top of original footagr. Plus who knows what the un morphed footage be could have a vastly different story and the two reds be totally different. But we are two years away from knowing if this sentai or the 2019 be the series we adapt for the show after the show we get after ninja steel.

Ya there is just to much we don't know about this coming sentai. Let alone as I said we are far from this being a show to know what chip and Saban would do. Beyond the who cop and robber motif. Which is just motif wise easy to adapt. It's footage and story to it airs hard to see as I said what they could make it into.

Red and sixth always get the most attention. Hasn't it been always been like that? It depends on what the writers and episode directors will have them do in the show.

How about we have this show be set in the modern-day period, like eight years before SPD has even established a base on Earth, because it's likely that all of the events of SPD will be immediately retconned in a totally different time period or I don't know, just say that SPD doesn't even exist yet in the year 2025. But rather in the year, 2045 or 2050 or something. Because we are about eight years away from the actual year, 2025 and yeah! I am just gonna say that SPD is full of sh@t because they say that in 2025, humans and aliens will co-exist in peace. But, apparently, the next sentai series and Power Rangers adaptation in 2025 will say something otherwise. Meaning that we're gonna be confused, yet again about what the actual timeline is in Power Rangers because of all this time-travel nonsense and multiple continuities and parallel worlds bullsh@#t happening in almost every single season in Power Rangers. This is why I am having a hard time tryimg to figure out what the actual continuity in Power Rangers is because of the Neo-Saban era seasons trying to disregard the past seasons as if they don't truly matter, nowadays.
Hell, I gave up trying to figure out how continuity actually worked in Super Sentai because of the events in Gokaiger. Now it's like I don't even know what the actual timeline or continuity is Super Sentai anymore because of Toei trying to beat us in the head that the VS movies are cannon. So, unless if there is a real explanation of what is going on with the franchise, I am just gonna say that the Neo-Saban era seasons are either non-cannon to the main Power Rangers universe or, acknowledge that RPM and Dino Charge/Dino Super Charge are in their own universes, but Megaforce/Super Megaforce kind f@#$ed things up by not explaining what the actual hell is even going on within the entire series or why none of the actual legendary rangers were even there to help out the Megaforce team in the first, if they weren't the real ones, but were just manifestations of the real legendary rangers. God, I hate you Megaforce/Super Megaforce!!!
But, anyways. Onto the actual trailer. I don't really buy red and blue being actual gentlemen thieves in the trailer. I mean, yellow is basically the only one that looks an actual thief. But red and blue?! They look more like college students, if you asked me. The Patorangers, they're okay.

Xman spd was already started up around 2000/2001 time frame due to the flashback to rangers parents and all that. Personally I would take this show more like lightspeed, for the cop rangers are a govt made group to protect there city. So also taking the cop aspects of tf and spd. But no crazy future stuff or aliens and what not. As for thief rangers maybe they are former members of the agency that washed out. And stole the other morphers. And decide to steal for the good Ala a Robin hood like aspect. Then what ever the bad guys are maybe tie into something thief rangers took. And they are forced to work with the cop rangers to stop the bad guys and they have a frenemy relationship with.
As for mega force ya we all know the big blunders and mistakes made with canon and continuity. And that is more sorely jt and him wanting to not accept canon even though the company was for canon. But just cause we don't have aliens around all the time right now. Doesn't mean it couldn't happen. It's all on what the writers what to do. And all that. Now ya what ever the show be in season 32 could be totally space aliens and what not. But we do have to remember continuity I'd what ever they want to do with. As they since in space don't really rely on past shows and what not continously story and characters.

I still say it's too early. Maybe after we've seen an episode we can decide, but as of now we still don't really have enough to know if it'll be easy to adapt or just skip. I don't really think there's any reason to hurry and figure it out. We have to get through the Kyuranger adaptation for two years after Super Ninja Steel.

Still like I said a cop and robbers theme not that hard. As we had tf we had spd. And like I thought mix a little ls,tf, spd, aspects together. We could have a neat series. You can't say western audiences wouldn't get cops and robbers. That is a generalize theme that works well across cultures. It's not like tqgr, or mind craft like stuff from the two more recent skipped sentais. That wouldn't really fly as well for western market.
